I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Phu Quoc!

The rooms are absolutely stunning,spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a tasteful, modern touch that made the whole experience feel extra special.

I also had the chance to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, which offers exceptional European cuisine. The highlight was their authentic pizza oven, imported directly from Naples, a true gem for pizza lovers! The rooftop area is equally impressive, with a stylish bar and a beautiful pool right next to it, offering a unique view of the evening fireworks, a magical moment to enjoy with a cocktail in hand.

On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

Bad experience!!! Out of the expectation!! Not worth a 4.9 star!! We ordered the matcha and black tea drinks at first, but then the drinks are way tooooooooo sweet!! We requested to cancel, but the staff refused and asked us to change another juice. They mentioned the juice would be safe which no extra sugar added on. However, the watermelon is not the fresh real watermelon which is also sweet like hell. We pay for the drinks but can’t drink at all. Really disappointed!!!!!!!!!! Staff attitudes also not appreciated!!!! Keep smiling on the drinks she made!!! And both of the staff keep chatting with each other about the drinks which as a customer who pay for the meal feels not good and not respectful!!! Without any research we casually stopby and discover this restaurant. We took lunch, variety of drinks impressed the most. All food ordered are great (taste & presentation wise). We finish our Sunset town tour and booked another dinning place. Disappointed with the other restaurant’s lack of choice menu, no fancy drinks , low quality snakes, we decided to revisit Times Corner again. Result was as great as lunch.
