We stayed here for 3 nights & never regretted choosing this hotel. We were in room #501, the suite & everything looked exactly like the pictures online.||The suites feature a spacious balcony with a spectacular view, showcasing nightly fireworks during the Kiss bridge show. The room is beautifully decorated in a charming colonial theme, but the space feels a bit tight, especially with two large suitcases. There are no TV channels available, but you can sign into your own YouTube or Netflix account.||We rented their orange electric bike on the first day but found it unsuitable for traveling outside Sunset Town. It was too slow and couldn’t handle steep hills. After speaking with the lady boss at the front desk, she arranged a replacement gasoline-powered bike for us the next day.||Breakfast isn’t served as a buffet, but orders are taken the night before and prepared in advance. It’s served on the 6th-floor rooftop next to our room, offering a stunning view. On our 2nd night, there was a power outage in Sunset Town due to maintenance, but it didn’t affect us much as we were out most of the day. Two of the ladies speak English well, making communication easy. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and we always felt warmly welcomed.||The hotel has a fantastic location, right in front of the cable car station and close to massage places and cafes. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to the hotel team for making our stay memorable. We will definitely...
Read moreWe booked a sea view room but what we got was a first floor room where the view was blocked by trees and buildings, making our wish to watch the fireworks from the balcony impossible. My friend and I felt very disappointed because we thought this place would be so great. We had to go to the beach to watch the fireworks instead of staying on our own balcony. Also, our balcony is connected to the room next door, making us feel very less private. Your staff is very nice but the room really disappointed me.
PS. We arrived at the hotel at 2 pm but actually checked in at 3 pm because the hotel informed us that there were quite a lot of guests, so we could not check in at this time. The lobby of the hotel was quite hot, the brass shower had a rather metallic smell, and the refrigerator in the room was not cold at all. It was a very...
Read moreWe chose this hotel because it was highly recommended in Sunset Town. Initially, we were a bit hesitant due to a few negative reviews, but we still decided to go for it because we loved its style. To our surprise, it was absolutely worth it and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and well-equipped, the service was attentive, and most of all, there was a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was nicely prepared and tasted delicious. The manager and reception staff were truly enthusiastic and humble. You can rent an electric scooter right at the hotel, and even better, guests staying here get a special discount — it's super convenient and the scooter was...
