The rides were great, however:

1. Watches and goggles weren't allowed on slides. There was no way to tell time, and you have to close your eyes often to ensure contact lenses stay intact during ride splashes.
2. Many slides have strict swimsuit requirements. Anything with zippers, buttons, metal buckles, and strings not allowed.
3. The wooden coaster requires a QR scan for entrance. We had already put all our stuff in the lockers. Ended up having to take our phones out again and then redepositing in the locker. Oddly, there are cubbies up at the start of the ride, but they were not in use 🤷‍♀️ Also the coaster was a crazy long walk.
4. Shower stalls were very dark.
5. Some of the staff at slides were very rude, shouting "NO!" at guests.
6. Some food and beverage staff were extremely polite ONLY at the beginning of the day, towards end of day, they couldn't be bothered.
7. English competency is sorely lacking for a place that seeks to attact international guests.

Disappointing and a Waste of Money – Wouldn’t Recommend!

I visited the cable car and water park on Phu Quoc with high expectations, but the entire experience turned out to be a major letdown. First of all – the rollercoaster was closed, which would have been somewhat acceptable if it hadn’t been one of the main attractions.

Secondly – half of the park is still under construction. You walk past construction zones, scaffolding, and inactive attractions, which completely ruins the atmosphere. It feels more like a work site than a place for fun. The whole thing seems like an unfinished project that was opened too early just to start charging tourists.

The cable car itself offers nice views, but it's hard to enjoy them knowing that what awaits you is chaos, noise, and closed rides. A complete waste of time and money. I strongly recommend skipping this place for now – maybe in a few years, once it’s...
