Super interesting place! Sunset Town in Phu Quoc is truly a grand and unforgettable destination that offers a captivating blend of stunning architecture, vibrant culture, and abundant entertainment. From the moment you arrive, the beauty and meticulous design of the town’s layout make a striking impression. The unique, tiered structure reminds me of a grand amphitheater or a movie theater, with each level stepping up to provide breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the sea. This thoughtful design ensures that no matter where you stand, you’re treated to a panoramic scene of the brilliant sunset that gives the town its name.

The variety of food options is remarkable—there’s truly something for everyone, whether you crave authentic Vietnamese cuisine, fresh seafood, or international dishes. The streets are filled with charming cafes, food stalls, and restaurants, making it a paradise for food lovers.

One of the highlights of my visit was the spectacular water show, a dazzling performance of lights, music, and fountains that left me in awe. The synchronization of water jets dancing to vibrant colors under the darkening sky perfectly complemented the town’s romantic, sunset-inspired atmosphere. It’s a magical experience that you won’t want to miss.

Beyond the food and architectural beauty, Sunset Town offers a range of attractions that make it a must-visit destination. The cable car ride provides a thrilling adventure with breathtaking aerial views of the surrounding islands and sparkling waters. Every corner of Sunset Town offers something unique, from lively markets to artistic installations, making it an ideal spot for exploration and discovery.

Overall, Sunset Town is a masterpiece of design, culture, and entertainment. It captures the essence of relaxation and wonder, and I can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone...

Sunset Town in Phu Quoc is a recently developed area designed to resemble a European town, particularly with a Mediterranean aesthetic. It's known for its stunning sunsets, the "Kiss of the Sea" show, and various attractions like the Kiss Bridge and Sun Signature Gallery. While it's a visually appealing place with new buildings and infrastructure, it's also noted for being relatively empty, with many shops and apartments still unoccupied. Things to do in Sunset Town: Enjoy the Mediterranean Ambiance: Stroll through the town's streets, admire the architecture, and take photos with the colorful buildings and artistic installations. Visit the Kiss Bridge: This architectural masterpiece offers panoramic sea views and a romantic atmosphere, perfect for photos and sightseeing. Experience the "Kiss of the Sea" Show: A nightly spectacle featuring water performances, light effects, and fireworks, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Explore the Sun Signature Gallery: Discover contemporary art and cultural exhibitions in this art museum. Relax at Sunset Beach: Unwind on the sandy beach, soak up the sun, and enjoy the beautiful sunset views. Ride the Hon Thom Cable Car: Take a scenic ride on the world's longest ocean-crossing cable car to Hon Thom Island. Have Fun at Aquatopia Water Park: Enjoy a day of thrilling water slides and attractions at this leading Southeast Asian water park. Dine and Shop: Explore the various restaurants, cafes, fashion stores, and other shops within the town. Watch the Fireworks: Enjoy nightly fireworks displays, usually after the "Kiss of the Sea" show. Visit the Lagoon Complex: This area offers a mix of dining, entertainment, and relaxation options. Check out the Sun Fountain: Enjoy the water features and the overall ambiance...

Sunset Town is beautiful, let me start by saying this. The charm, the views, and the colorful European-style architecture are truly something special. We ended up living here for a little over two months, and while it is an amazing place for a short visit or photos, living here shows you a very different side.

The Positives: Stunning views and unique European-style buildings Great for Instagram or memory photos Nightly shows at 9:00pm (water projection) and 9:30pm (fireworks) Lots of cafés and restaurants, plus a grocery store and small markets Kiss Bridge is a beautiful spot for sunsets The gondola (cable car) ride to the nearby island is a must A great night market with plenty of food and local items

The Reality if you stay longer: Sidewalks are completely taken over by parked motorbikes, so walking is nearly impossible Large buses, taxis, and carts dominate the streets and none of them stop for pedestrians. Security does not manage traffic, making it unsafe to walk Construction happens 7 days a week, starting at 7am and running until 9pm right before the show Expect nonstop honking, it is constant and gets tiring Most building are still empty/vacant Sky Bar blasts outdated, obnoxious music until 11pm. It does not fit the family-friendly vibe of the area and ruins the otherwise peaceful nights During my stay, no one took accountability for these issues, so be prepared for that

Bottom line Sunset Town is worth visiting for a day or two. The views, Kiss Bridge, the night market, and the fireworks show are unforgettable. But if you are planning to stay longer, be prepared for noise, unsafe walking conditions, and daily construction. It is gorgeous for photos, but not the most...

Let me tell you, Sunset Town in Phu Quoc is unlike anything I've ever experienced. It's not just a place to stay, it's a whole vibe. They really nailed the name - Sunset Town. Everywhere you turn, you have this incredible view of the sun setting over the ocean. It's like living in a postcard. I stayed in one of the high-rise apartments, and let me tell you, the view from the balcony was incredible. Golden light washing over the water, sailboats silhouetted against the horizon. Pure magic every night. But Sunset Town isn't all about sunsets (although, they are pretty spectacular). There's this amazing energy to the place. Live music spilling out of cafes, people strolling along the cobblestone streets. It felt chic and romantic, but also friendly and welcoming. I spent hours just wandering around, taking in the architecture. It's supposed to be reminiscent of the Mediterranean, and they did a fantastic job. Colorful buildings, winding alleys, little piazzas with fountains. It felt like I'd been transported to another world entirely. Now, it's not the cheapest place to stay, but hey, you get what you pay for. And for the experience, the view, and the overall feeling of being somewhere special, I'd say it's worth every penny. If you're looking for a romantic getaway or a place to splurge on yourself, Sunset Town is the place to do it.
