My recent stay at Kaira Boutique Hotel in Phu Quoc was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service. we are a retired Australian couple travelling the world for the last two years. We recently stayed at Kaira Boutique hotel and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Firstly the location is a dream being situated on the beachfront. The whole area is extremley well maintained and clean. But more about the hotel.. Firstly we were welcomed warmly and immediately felt very comfortable. This establishment is new fresh and spacious and our room was an absolute treat. well designed large very comfortable mattress with quality linens and pillows. modern bathroom with full size bath and seperate shower amazing water pressure and contiuous hot water supply. Every one of our nine mornings we enjoyed a continental breakfast of eggs bacon toast and coffee outside enjoying the morning breezes, absolutely delightful. Please accept our honest commendation of this gem. Also thanks to Thuy who cooked our breakfast and maintained our room and changing our bed linen every single day.. We very much enjoyed her attentive service.. We look forward...

Achtung Vorsicht: Dieses „Hotel“ auf keinen Fall buchen. Die „Rezeption“ besteht aus einem Handy des Angestellten, oder „Besitzers?“ Keiner spricht wirklich englisch und über den Translator geht es leider auch nicht. Schon der Eingang wirkt verlottert und vermüllt. Die Angestellten oder „Besitzer?“ wirken sehr sehr dilettantisch. Und sehr sehr jung. Hobby „Gastronomen“, die vom Geschäft gar nichts verstehen. Unsere „De Luxe Suite“ war ungefähr 19 Quadratmeter gross. Es gab nur ein rundes Bett mit einem amateurhaft gebauten Umbau. Wie soll man da nur ins Bett kommen? Eine Kleiderstange mit ein paar Kleiderbügeln und einem nicht benutzbaren „Sofa“ in der Ecke. Keinen Schrank, keine Schubladen, keinen Platz für die Koffer. Der „Balkon“ ist ein Witz. Kaum 150cm breit und 2 verrostete Barstühle. Die Holzabdeckung verrottet und voller Löcher. Siehe Fotos. Es gab leider auch keinen Strom im Zimmer, aber das Versprechen, er komme dann schon wieder. Es gäbe auf der ganzen Insel keinen Strom. Lüge, wie sich noch herausstellte. Im neuen Hotel, das wir dann bezogen wussten sie nichts von einem Stromunterbruch.
Vielleicht die Rechnung nicht bezahlt? Deshalb natürlich auch keinen Kühlschrank, wo ich mein Insulin (bin Diabetiker) hätte kühlen können. Alles in allem derart schlecht, dass wir gar nicht erst ausgepackt, oder geblieben sind. Der ganz junge „Hotelier“ verlangte trotzdem Geld von uns. Frechheit. Auf unsere Einwände ging er gar nicht erst ein. er tat einfach so, als würde er nichts verstehen. Hier geht es lediglich um die ganz gross Abzocke ohne Leistung.
