The place is terrible, deserted. Stay away from it.
Our room was infested with ants, and I received a pretty nasty burn from the shower water while the water was initially set to be just a bit warm (it was around 90 degrees Celsius; beware, it's very dangerous!).
The breakfast was actually just a very small portion of food (e.g. 2 eggs and 1 bread slice), and you can only choose either coffee or juice for free, not both.
The pool is not actually the hotel's pool, but a public one for the whole complex of hotels in the area.
They wanted to rent me a scooter that was in a dangerously bad condition (including non working brakes).
The entire staff does not speak English; communicating with them feels like talking to a picture on the wall.
On the last day, we left early and although they state on booking that they have 24/7 front desk, there was only a handyman who didn't speak any English and did not know what to do (he tried to stop our Grab driver because we where leaving to the airport and he didn't know what to do further - we just left in the end anyways).
It was a very bad experience overall, just stay away if you don't want to ruin...

STAY AWAY!! This place is a sham & they do not tell the truth. I was so excited about my stay here - after all, the photos & reviews are incredible. I am certain the 5 star reviews were all rigged. ||This place is 250 metres from the pool & 450 metres from the ocean…….but the whole development is EMPTY - it feels like visiting Chernobyl! It’s freaking eerie! ||They overcharged me for my airport shuttle. They wanted extra for coffee and juice, at breakfast, even though breakfast is “included”. Terrible customer (lack of!) service. They lied (“She did not have authority”) about me leaving with no further charges. Now I’m dealing with Booking.com & my credit card company. ||Who wants a hassle while on holidays? NOBODY! Rest assured, there are other fabulous places on Phu Quoc (try Sea Senses!) - just avoid Anna Beach...
