When I first started my trip, I had clearly booked two separate rooms one for me and one for my friend on Booking.com before we took off. But when we arrived we were told by a gentleman that all the rooms were all booked leading to an overbooking situation. I had to scramble to find a room a different hotel for myself and lucky I did during the busy Tet holiday. This situation deeply upset me. I suggest the establishment fixes this type of style of doing business. However, the hotel itself is by far one of the best I’ve been in. Incredible value for $20 a night at a what seems like a luxury hotel complex. The complex comes with a pool and beach access and many cafes/shops as well. I loved my stay so much here. I’m coming back next year. The architecture was incredibly beautiful. I met another hotel gentleman who was older and spoke a familiar southern dialect Vietnamese I’m used to. I liked the way he does business with hotel customers. He help rectify my situation with the previous hotel gentleman. I can’t thank him enough. Extremely professional guy and more trustworthy than the other guy. There are motorbikes for rent and they’re all new and drive great! If you’re looking for great food options skip the ones in the plaza since they’re overpriced and doesn’t taste as good as outside food spots but you definitely need a motorbike because...
Read moreRun by a very nice young lady (i always respect that kind of young businesswomen and believe that they must be supported), this hotel is truly a rare find.
Everything in hotel is new. The hotel is new. Air cons: Daikin. You know how expensive that brand is. You hear nothing when it's working.
Very comfortable bed, pillows. Snow-white bed linens and towels. Towels are 3x2=6 in each room. Big, medium and small, there are there sizes.
Very good quality mixers in bathroom, and it's clean and new.
From small reading lamp to free coffee, tea and water, from free toiletries including even a plastic comb to slippers for your use, bathrobes.. every detail is taught.
Everyone, but everyone wrorking in the hotel are so kind. All of them.
Free shuttle bus to city center a few times a day.
Very affordable prices of drinks in case you need something to drink.
Towels are changed daily!! Even if they're clean. The girl is changing the bed sheets, she's changing it like she's changing bed sheets in her own apartment, giving so much care.
And the price: half of competitors who offer the same services, or much much affordable than luxury hotels in the same area.
I...
Read moreA nice small place in a fairly deserted big resort development. There seems to be many of these types of places dotted around PQ, especially on the more western facing side of the island. They are often located away from town, in what feel like wasteland around the resorts, many of which are in states of ongoing or abandoned construction. There is a big hotel in this area, but you cannot use it for a breakfast before 11am, as it's for residents only and there are no signs indicating this. However, Sailing club looks to be more accessible, though we didn't eat there. If you are staying in one of the smaller guest house hotels here, you can use the massive sized free for all swimming pool. Many of these resort places have a kind of post apocalyptic feel about them, as they are very quiet and have a slightly eery...
