Kim Xuân Bungalow — Hotel in Phú Quốc

Currently staying at this hotel and have 3 more nights of sleepless torture. ||Up to now when we arrived in our “deluxe room” we had a dead cockroach & ants on the floor, used ear buds in the wardrobe. Unclean mugs on the side & no blankets for our beds. Seems like the room had not been cleaned before our arrival. ||One bed is a rock and one bed is okay. We had to ask for bed sheets for them to bring one to the room even though there are 2 beds. We had to go back out and ask again. ||||The worst part is the sleepless nights due to 2 things. ||1. the constant construction site next door which does not stop making racket or burning a bonfire making everything smell, starting about 6am every morning waking us up. ||2. The hotel staff/owners have their friends and family round every single night until about 2am for a party and they are so loud it’s actually rude when trying to sleep. ||||We came to phu quoc for a relax and up to now haven’t slept much here at all. ||Wouldn’t waste the money as the location of the hotel isn’t the best either, not sure what other reviews have been talking about but it’s about a 20 minute walk to the main restaurant area and I don’t think that’s still in Duong dong centre. ||Oh the pool is covered by a gazebo type of thing so if you want to sunbathe here think again as there are 4 wooden hard beds under the cover and you won’t be able to relax with the construction site banging every second.||||Do your research and don’t believe the...

One of our favourite places to stay in Vietnam! Situated A couple of hundred metres off the main strip down an alley way. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is extremely comfortable! Also a smart TV with netlfix. Has A big pool which is clean, a porch with a sun lounger. This place really exceeded our expectations, we stayed 3 nights it’s absolutely perfect for long relaxing stays.
