Valley Sen Resort offers an impeccable and affordable retreat that surpasses expectations. My husband and I have had the pleasure of staying there twice, and each time has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped foot into the resort, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay.
The rooms are a testament to cleanliness and comfort, with beds so indulgently cozy adorned with crisp cotton sheets and plush comforters that ensure a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design speaks volumes about the care and dedication of the staff.
One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the outstanding service provided by the staff. Their professionalism, coupled with genuine warmth and attentiveness, truly elevated our experience. It's evident that they take great pride in ensuring that every guest feels valued and well-cared for.
Additionally, the convenience of a hearty and delicious breakfast served on-site further enhanced our experience. It's the perfect way to start the day before embarking on adventures around the island.
Situated in a tranquil area yet conveniently close to the main street, beach, and airport, Valley Sen Resort strikes the perfect balance between serenity and accessibility. It offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, while still being within easy reach of all the island has to offer.
Overall, our time at Valley Sen Resort was nothing short of magical. Every moment spent there was filled with comfort, relaxation, and pure bliss. We simply cannot imagine staying anywhere else on the island, and eagerly anticipate our next visit to this hidden gem...
Read moreAbsolutely magical place. Care and thought is put into every nook and cranny here, from the beautiful flowers and gardens, to the pool swing, to the individual balconies and towel art with fresh flowers on the bed for arrival. A bottle of water was given each day and we used the fridge to keep our own store bought drinks cold. The air con worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and worked well.
We enjoyed the two pools - one was more central and busier, as well as in the sun, and the other was off to the side, more peaceful, and shaded.
The staff here are very attentive, helpful and friendly. They always have smiles on their faces and they’re willing to go the extra mile for their guests. We also enjoyed the company of the two friendly dogs (though if you don’t like dogs, they are certainly not in the way).
Breakfast is offered for 60,000 dong each morning and beyond that, you can order food and drinks from two nearby restaurants throughout the day and evening and they will deliver it for free. The hotel has water and beer for purchase from their fridge.
Motorbikes are available for rent for 150,000 dong. In our opinion, a motorbike is a must on this island as it’s so big. You could get away without one as the hotel offers a free buggy ride to and from the main road between about 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. There really is not much within walking distance, but we enjoyed the peace and serenity of the seclusion.
I was unsure if we should book a resort right on the beach/in the main area for a higher cost, but I ended up going with my gut and booking Valley Sen. It was the right decision and I would 100% recommend...
Read moreStayed here with another family for 2 weeks. The bungalows are clean and have not long been built. It is family run and can honestly say having travelled the world this family ate the best hosts ever. They arranged a family bbq with all guests invited. The bar is a honesty bar. Found it easy keeping record of beers etc on notes on phone. The family arranged transfer to airport and trips out, around most sites pepper farm, wine factory, fish sauce factory, Phu quoc prison, Sao beach and Buddhist temple. 8 people in mini bus 1000000 dong. About £32. They also arranged cable car 300 dong per person inc bus. |The bungalows could not be cleaner, pool cleaned every day as are the grounds. The bungalows are off the beaten track a 10 min to 15 min walk to main road. Scooters for hire 150,000 dong a day. Taxi cost between 200 and 350 dong The bungalows have a dog called key or chi. We nicknamed him Wilson. He escorted us on our walks to the main road and waited for us to return. When we did he was so excited. We layed a towel on our balcony and he slept there every night. When we left he chased our taxi down the road. Their were a few tears. So if you stay he make a fuss of key (Wilson ) he is so loyal. Even brings his mates after a while. I can not recommend this accommodation more. Totally outstanding especially when you hear the noises in the...
