Areca Garden Bungalow — Hotel in Phú Quốc

Areca Garden Bungalow is the best place to stay in Phu Quoc if you are an admirer of nature. We stayed in smaller room on the second floor and had a view of the entire garden. We enjoyed every moment we spent there. If you love small wildlife then you will love it there. You can find all kinds of interesting insects and animals in the garden just living their life and occasionally checking out humans :) We saw cats, dogs, little spiders (only few mm long), some lizards, butterflies and dragonflies. After the sundown little gekos emerged from nowhere and made the cutest sound. We also saw some bats flying around and catching mosquitos. There is also an opportunity to see different colorful flowers (such as orchids, hibiscus, mimosa and others) and fruit trees (such as jackfruit, passionfruit, durian, papaia, coconut, banana)||Hostess Dieu is the best, she is so sweet and helpful - she gave us good advise about places to see and talked with us about vietnamese people, their life and traditions. We also had an opportunity to see her cooking and afterwards taste the delicious outcome :)||Rooms look exactly as on the pictures, are very clean and comfy. Areca Garden Bungalow is a really fantastic place to stay here at the Long beach area. ||||Our room is extremely clean and brand new which we were very impressed with as I have stayed at a couple of hotels in Vietnam which haven’t been anywhere near as clean and lovely as here. The bathroom is also one of the cleanest I have seen, the shower also has hot water which can sometimes be a push to find out here. ||||Compared to the other bungalows in this area our location is extremely peaceful which makes for a very relaxing, comforting stay. The bungalow is also only a short walk from the beach. ||||The lady who works here is extremely helpful and attentive and has looked after our every need. She has assisted us with getting taxis, laundry and making our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. What a wonderful place! In a lush tropical area, but at the same time close to the main street with all the shops and action you might want. It doesn't even feel like being in a village, but as a beautiful, posh and clean place, by purpose hidden in the middle of this green island. The room was clean, minimalistic, big. Hosts - sweet and tranquille, always ready to assist you but extremely discreet otherwise. Outside our house/bungalow had its own kitchen/terrace. There is silence here, all you hear most of the time are just the trees and palms singing in the wind! We have absolutely nothing but praise for Areca Garden, it was great from any point of view.
