Head to Jingshan Park for a panoramic view of the palace complex against the Beijing skyline. Don't miss the Meridian Gate, especially at night when it is beautifully illuminated.

Explore the vast ensemble of lakes, gardens, and palaces that make up the Summer Palace. Stroll around Kunming Lake and enjoy the serene reflections of Longevity Hill. Walk across the Seventeen-Arch Bridge and admire its unique architecture. Visit the various pavilions and halls to get a glimpse of imperial life during the Qing dynasty.
