Afrika Club — Local services in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

I have worked in nightclubs all my life and have been to various ones around the world. Never have I ever met a more rude and disrespectful security. I was visiting from New York and was on the owner’s list. I showed up around 4:00 and asked security informed me that the list was closed. I tried to explain to him that I was on the list of the owner and he continued to ignore me. The host, and everyone else at the door did the same. My friend tried to speak to him since his Spanish is better than mine, and he ignored him as well. I told my friend let’s just go because they are rude and we don’t need to tolerate this, and then the security guard grabbed me and told me to get lost. I told him to not put his hands on me and he told me that if he wasn’t working he would break my skull. I have been in the industry for many years and never have I ever been so disrespected. Can’t rate it from the inside, but from the outside, the staff is horrendous. And as for the security guard who said he would break my skull, name the time...

Came here day 1 and was told to wait in line which I get, 30 mins go by and security said they never told me that instead I need to make a reservation. Next day with a reso came by and same spooky 2 really condescending security guards told me I got there too late (12am) and told me I need to know what is the right time to get into a club! I come from the industry of nightclubs, bars and restaurants... to my fellow turist I would strongly advise to stay away from this place on how their behavior is based on how they conduct business, from their door host to the condescending security guards who wont even respond or look at you when you are asking a question is just not the right way to conduct any place that caters to people. Id suggest for nightlife look more for palermo area where they are nicer in terms of the guest experience. I wish them nothing but the best but if this is to continue I dont see a bright future...

Awful place, they left a girl outside completely pass out and alone and did not called the police, she could actually died drowned in vomit, the security from the place lacks of all common sense. If you are a first goer be advice that they will ask you to buy a bottle of alcohol in order to let u in, but a couple minutes standing on the front door will give you an idea of the kind of people they let in the place, all * i feel special* kind of people.
