So many things were great about our 3-day stay here until the very end. We asked a day before for a late check out because we had a late flight. They gave us an additional hour and said not to worry they could keep our bags and we were free to use the pool and spa area after check out as well, including shower and all facilities. We declined to use it the other days because we knew we would have a couple of hours the last day. As soon as we sat down a woman came up and told us we would have to leave in 30 minutes because there were 4 other people coming. We asked if we had needed to make a reservation, and told her the manager told us we could stay. She wasn’t interested in any of that, just kept saying we were in “checked out” status and needed to leave. I got 5 minutes in the pool which was one of the reasons we specifically selected this hotel for. Such a shame, and she was incredibly rude. Aside from this, the hotel was great and would have been 5-star experience. The rest of the staff...

One of the better stays we had during our stay in BA. From the doorman to the receptionist to the breakfast ladies, the service was amazing. We had a very spacious room with their signature bathtub. Very clean and it smelled nice. There was a little problem with the sewage during our stay, which resulted in a brown water out of the shower. They gave us a letter of apology and a bottle of wine as a compensation. There is a spa on the 8th floor, which is well maintained and very relaxing. There were no other people when we went there, but I can image it can get crowded in high season. Also, the gym is in the corner of the spa, so when using the treadmill, it gets noisy. But other than that, nice facilities, one of the better breakfasts we...

Our room was as impeccable than the public spaces such as the lobby and breakfast area. Stylish, modern, very well kept. Our room had a fancy free-standing bath tub made of wood - a real wow effect. Breakfast (buffet style, scrambled/fried/boiled eggs are available upon request) was amazing and of high quality. The location is convenient for visiting nearby Recoleta cementary, it’s just a block away. While we liked the style and cleanliness of the hotel, the atmosphere was more on the distanced-professional side. The hotel came across as a business hotel and did not seem to be geared towards tourists - which made it more anonymous than other hotels we stayed in while traveling...

Really nice hotel, we started out in one of the penthouse suites which was a 2 floor unit, really nice balcony and large space, rooms are sparse and modern. The bathroom was large and clean. Due to some mechanical issues we moved to another room on the front of the building, it also had a nice large balcony looking towards the cemetery in the area. New room while not a large one was more comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the restaurant in the basement had one of the best meals we had during our trip. Included breakfast in the bar was also really good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed at the Mio Buenos Aires for one night both before and after our hunting trip at Catena Safaris. Andres (front desk staff) and Ezequiel (bar staff) were both wonderful gentleman, extremely kind and spoke good English. Andres gave us a list of suggestions on places to go see including “The best pizza in Buenos Aires” and “The best ice cream in Buenos Aires.” Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Close to great restaurants as well as touring areas. We also felt very safe in this area!

The front door signals to you the moment you walk into the hotel that this place is both a Fortress and a Work of Art. Visually and functionally. The Front Desk Staff are great listeners, supportive and expert at helping you with almost any request. The Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The food services options very good, especially a visit to Rufino for a fine dining experience.
