Buller — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

Would give zero stars if I could! Have never been so embarrassed and badly treated anywhere else. Don’t come near this place if you want to have a peaceful and pleasant meal/drink. Group of us wondered into that place yesterday afternoon for few drinks and some nibbles. All started well, most of drinks were served relatively promptly. After 30min waiting for water, we asked politely about it. We were ignored for about 15min, after few more attempts (with different staff) and angry waitress came and start to blame barman for not giving it to her. That’s fine, we are still waiting for our bawl of chips and some meat nibbles. An hour past and nothing, clients around us got served and left, people that arrived after us got there food as well. We waited another 20-30 min and decided to ask again...the same ‘angry’ and unapologetic waitress came and started to explain that some food just takes longer to make...we explain to her that the chips shouldn’t take that long cause other people have been served around us...needless to say we wanted to pay for drinks and leave but guess what - we had to ask three times for the bill, couldn’t complain to the manager cause she did not speak English (one of us was fluent in Spanish) and at the end they just disrespectfully shrugged us off and threatened us with the police...unbelievable! There were other people leaving with anger as well for not being served and ignored...you’ve been...

I was astonished by the treatment of a guy from the bar. I forgot my bag at the establishment with GoPro, professional camera and other belongings and when I came back to get it, 5 minutes later, the guy at the bar did not want to give me back, I told him everything I had in my bag, including my photos on the cameras, he called several people to confirm that it was me who had been at the bar, said that I had to pay the woman who found the bag to be able to get it back and still followed me to the door to see if I would pay to have my own bag, I thought that was ridiculous. I have already forgotten my bag in other establishments in other countries including coming back on another day to get it and they all gave me smiling and I never had to pay to have my own belongings back. I will never return to this place and not indicate...

Should be zero stars in my opinion. I was with my two friends and they forgot two of our orders. We ordered about 10 minutes after sitting to order. One of my friends got their food about 15 minutes later. We waited about 30 minutes before asking server about the rest of our food. They said 5 minutes more, then we wait another 10-15 minutes until we had to call our server back for a second time to cancel the rest of our food. Super rude about forgetting the rest of our order. I can't imagine what would happen if I didn't speak any Spanish and didn't have my friends. Avoid this place because they are very unapologetic for forgetting your order or any mistakes just tried to cover their own mistakes. First mistake is okay, I understand but doing twice in a row.
