Marcellina Parafield — Restaurant in Adelaide

So I tried Marcellina Pizzeria & Restaurant tonight absolutely terrible , when they handed me the box I thought it was a joke as this Parmi was alot more expensive than any other place I go to unfortunately they were closed and I thought I'd try a new place for a Parmi. Besides the huge wait time and the guy rocking up shouting to someone on loud speaker on his phone I could of over looked.

But when I opened the Box and saw the kids size meal I was shocked and disappointed as this was alot more expensive than any other place I go to and I'm happy to pay more for quality.

But this was far from it.

I love supporting locals but when they serve up this I have to give an Honest Review.

So the Schnitzel was really dry and overcooked from first glance the chips as well but at least the chips are not burnt as the Chicken I later found out after cutting it and looking underneath even though to be fair the sides are burnt as well.

The chips have no salt on them or if they do have very little and taste just like oil.

The Chicken Schnitzels really average and after I tried a bit I cut another piece to discover a hair. Which is really disappointing on top of everything else.

My Rating for this is 2/10 I doubt I'll ever try anything from here again. And I'm going to let my dog have the rest.

Also it's 11 at night so even if I wanted to I wouldn't order another meal. And I don't want to spend more money on food today. Luckily I had a discount from the store for a first time customer and I used a menu log voucher for 6 dollers off.

And they charge 7 dollers for delivery and the guy was pleasant I do admit but before he noticed I was out the front he was on the phone speaking to someone , ummm take your calls out side of work or at least not in someone's drive way that's just disrespectful and bad...

I ordered a pizza combo from Parafield store delivered at 3:10pm on 25th June 2017. I was informed it would take 45minutes to an hour to be delivered. I wasn't given any courtesy call to say my order was running late. I had called at 4:30 to see what happened to my delivery and when greeted on the phone I explained The situation, I expressed my discontent and didn't feel the delivery fee was fair to pay as I have been waiting almost 2 hours for the pizzas to arrive. He said an ungenuine sorry and that I still had to pay the delivery fee I told him I refuse to pay the delivery fee as explained again as it wasn't in the specified time of delivery. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was out and that he was in the city. Refused to give me a number to call directly to complain, and told me because I won't pay the delivery fee that they won't deliver to me again, even though they are in the wrong. Not impressed with their customer service at all, and quite frankly will never go...

SUN 20 NOV 2016 - 11.35pm order placed with MIchael over the phone. Excellent phone manner & attention to customer service. I'm really impressed Michael - Considering your shop was closing in 25 minutes you could've easily advised to late for delivery as you were closing at 12.00am. Large Pizza with garlic bread & delivery $30.20. 5km delivery. MON 12.15am delivery driver Ahmed provided my piping hot order. Thanks Ahmed for delivering my order on the way home from your work day. Greatly appreciated. Garlic bread tasted awesome. My pizza toppings were Tomato paste, Ham, Cheese, Chicken, Pineapple & Salami/Pepporoni. Also tasted awesome.
