Went in an hour before closing, got told it was "impossible" for them to make a kebab despite the meat and every ingredient in full view in front of me. Got some chips that were shown to be on a $4.50 deal on a board out the front. Girl on the register said she was giving the deal "just for you i put the price lower" No mate you've clearly got a deal out the front. Despite getting a decent amount of chips they were some of the worst I've ever had, texture was horrible since they had all been frozen and the seasonings were just not great. Best part though, despite coming straight out of a boiling hot vat of oil about half were still stone cold and the other half were overcooked.
I don't know if the people there were just stupid or didn't care but when you arrive at a place and see the workers demanding that a group of customers help them pack up outside seating you wonder how this place has even somewhat decent reviews. They also decided to close an hour before they were meant to despite having a queue of about 6 customers waiting.
Save your time and money and just go somewhere else that's much nicer. This place...

They are one of the very few spots where you could get beef in your AB and also cheese over your fries. Their signature chilli sauce has got an interesting flavour, almost like that of an indian eggplant purée.
I ordered a mixed chicken and lamb HSP with the classic garlic, chilli and bbq sauce combination. I’d recommend not opting for bbq as their unique chilli sauce might go well with just garlic sauce. Apart from the tasty HSP, the fries and meat were good and I really loved how they laid out chicken and lamb separately.
Noticed that their opening hours haven’t been updated so I’ve posted a picture of that. Also the men at the counter could be a bit faster and efficient.
Overall a great experience. Seems like Sofra has finally got a worthy competitor....
Read moreI ordered a large mixed snack pack for my partner and me, and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was so fresh, full of flavour, and really filling. I’ve been here twice now, and honestly, I think it’s the best kebab shop in Adelaide.
The location is so convenient, right in the heart of the CBD, and the quality of the food is outstanding. Their homemade sauces— especially the garlic one, sweet chilli, and sour cream — are incredible, and I couldn’t get enough. I also love that they cook the chips fresh when you order, which makes such a difference.
The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean and well-presented the place is. Then you’re greeted by Naeem, who is warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about his business — it really shows in both the food and the service.
This place is a true hidden gem, excellent value for money, and somewhere you’ll definitely want to come back to (I know I will!). Highly...
