Food was not bad, however I'm taking away 3 stars due to the horrible customer service. I came here for my 18th birthday and when I booked my table a week in advance, I requested for a table at the back corner for more privacy with my large party of 11 people. They told me "they would do their best" (which they clearly did not), but apparently that table is pre-reserved for "larger parties" (which isnt 11 people already a large party!?). On the night, my party and i arrived and we were given another table that was very centralised and had less privacy; disappointing to say the least, especially for a milestone birthday. As soon as we were seated, the table was given to a walk-in group of people who had about 7 people. Utterly disappointing. A particular server was extremely unfriendly, it was a man who looked about in his early 30s. He was the same person I spoke to on the phone and he was just so extremely unfriendly. Me and my group were the youngest in the restaurant, but we were responsible, paying customers who were frankly more quiet and less disruptive than some of the other adults in the restaurant, and yet we were treated with very little respect. It was so hard to catch all 4 of the waiters' attention because they would just pay attention to every other person in the restaurant except us, and the food took a very long time to be served. Overall the food wasn't bad, but the customer service was so poor, in particular that man who was just so incredibly unfriendly. Disappointing and will not come back. Would not reccomend this place to friends or family who would like to go here for a special event or even just for an ordinary dinner, because you will be...

Whilst the food was great, our fried chicken order was forgotten (the main dish we ordered which was being shared by 3 of us), leading to us waiting over 1 hour after we had started eating for it to finally come out. We had already finished all of our food by the time it finally came out. We asked the waitress where our order was at and she simply brushed it off claiming it was likely due to the orders being backed up as it was a busy Friday night... We asked a second waitress who gave a similar reply but actually did something about it and asked the kitchen staff. The food was then brought out within 5 minutes... It was clear to us that our order was forgotten completely especially as the tables around us (all who had arrived after us) had already received their fried chicken orders and finished them too! The staff continually denied this! A word of advice- if you ever forget an order in the future, please work with your customers to come up with a solution. At that point we were just about ready to leave however the waitress rushed to bring out the chicken just as we got up. It seemed like the focus was not the customers’ experience but more so they were wanting to make sure the order came out so they can charge us for it (which they did and no discount or alternative option was offered). Actually I Would like to mark one star after the meal, but considering it is not easy to run a restaurant.... so..... i love Korean food verrry much especially pork bone soup and bibimbap. The soup here is $40, a hotpot to share. When ordering the staff told us it was enough for our three people( 2 men 1 women), but we knew we had good appetite so still ordered bibimbap and fried chicken. Disappointedly, the pork bone soup only had a few bones and three pieces of potatoes and a little Flammulina; As for the bibimbap, it was in a regular bowl instead of in the stone pot, and the vegetables were different from other bibimbaps ( green leaves in salad, tomatoes and others) The worst food we thought was the fried chicken. Maybe unluckily we did not order the specialty, the one we ordered was really greasy and oily, I only bite twice and the other two men only ate one by each. The leftover we did not take away because none of us wanted to try anymore... 看了一水的好评之后很怀疑自己跟大家去的是不是同一家店..自己非常爱pork bone soup冲着这个去的，40刀一份服务员小姐姐居然说够三个人吃（2男1女），当然我们清楚有男生肯定不够吃所以还点了别的。开始吃了之后发现骨头量还行（虽然肯定没啥肉啦），但居然...只有三块土豆和少量金针菇，刚好一人一块土豆吗😂 点了石锅拌饭，但是并不是装在石锅里，并且和一般韩国店的配餐完全不一样（居然配菜有超市卖的那种沙拉菜叶子和番茄？）可能是我孤陋寡闻吧一般石锅拌饭里不都应该是辣白菜 豆芽...
