👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Very underrated, poor, worst restaurant in adelaide.If you people planning for family dine-in my personal advise don’t go here very worst customer service and rude staffs and i never seen this kind of worst experience in my life. They spoiled our weekend . We planned a family dine out with two kids on last Saturday. When we asked for table at noon through call they said ok please come. We reached around 9 pm and the closing time was 10 pm while we ordered the food they asked to pay the bill we paid and we sat near the window table they asked us to change the table and after 5 minutes again they asked us to change another table they don’t want us to have dinner there. That was their intention. After 5 minutes they served cold naan and frozen hummus straight away from the fridge. We were shocked and my toddler was hungry and she started to ate that old food and i took that one and asked the staff to atleast heat the food he was an irresponsible staff it seems said this what we can give and my husband told better return our money we were leaving we dont want cold and old foods . He was immediately returned the money and he not even asked sir please wait i will heat it for you and also our nearby people also didn’t had their dinner they kept all the food in the table and they left .I think the staffs are in party mood to leave soon and why the hell you opened the restaurant. Please stay in your home.With hungry kids we went to prospect to had our dinner it took half an hour to reach there and i got heavy headache because of this heartless people in this restaurant as i had my dinner late. I think the positive feedbacks are from restaurant staffs it seems . If you don’t want customers means why are you putting false reviews in google. Please put a big lock in your hotel and go somewhere don’t play with our weekend peace.

Note for the owner : if you keep this kind of staffs in your restaurant then definitely you will close it soon damn sure.Very worst customer service i ever seen in my life .I saw your replies for positive feedbacks and if your guilty reply here for this...

Went here on 09th May 2021-9:30 pm with my family and had to deal with the rudest staff ever and her name is Zoya. We ordered 2 drinks (photo attached below) and the taste was a bit off. I went to this lady Zoya and advised that the drink tasted off and what can be done. She said she don't know as she has nothing to do with it. I agree with it to some point as it was not manufactured by them but what shocked me was her next response when I asked what can be done further to pass on the feedback. She said to throw the drink to rubbish bin and I can't even explain how disrespectful how her tone was. I was obviously unhappy and asked to speak to the Manager. She initially hesitated and upon insisting she gave me a number and when I tried to call, I realised it was another staff's number (who is her friend). She was just tricking us with a number thinking that we will not even call and even if we did her friend will speak as the Manager. I couldn't even believe how cunning the lady is and how she gets to work at a place as front facing customer service staff. The experience was horrible and ruined the dinner for us!

Dear owner, please ensure your staff is well mannered when dealing with customers. I have seen several complaints against the same lady here in google reviews and it is quite unclear why she continues to behaves as if it is her home and others will have to tolerate her no matter what. Please provide training to your staff to behave with...

My wife has picked me up lamb wraps from here before. I was passing, went in for my first time told the guy that I've had lamb wrapped in bread with salad from here before, I can't see it on the menu and asked if he could help. He pointed to the picture of the Lamb Tikka on skewers. I said no it was lamb wrapped in bread with salad like a donor kebab. He confirmed that It will have been tikka wrapped up, that it comes with bread for you to wrap. I said no, it came as a wrap, she said it was a lamb wrap. He said it was the Tikka Lamb.

..I should have twigged when he took my card without telling me the price. I sat down to wait for my order that took an eternity ..and I noticed he had sold me the most expensive dish on the menu at $23. ..then I saw 'Wrap' on the menu ...for $12.

I put my trust in him and to help me and all he did was sell me the most expensive Item on the menu.

For my $23 I got the lamb, a small pot of yoghurt sauce, a slab of hard felt like it was made 4 hours ago bread, 1 slice of tomato, 1 slice of cucumber and 1 leaf of lettuce.

He managed to con double dollars out of me tonight but I will never put another dollar through his till again, so not exactly the best...
