Ended up walking out before making my order after I heard your staff member (I think his name was Hayden from what I could hear) being very rude to a young couple. Very disappointed. Went to Jenkins and Son instead which I would highly recommend. (Saved myself a lot of money too!!!!!)

Replying to your response: I do not know the young couple - I saw there group come in and get there money back, but I just walked out. No need for your staff members swearing and calling them names. Also your staff members were fighting with each other, very unprofessional. There was no abuse from the young couple at all, your staff member just got angry obviously from being so busy and took it out of the young man and his family. Witnessed appalling and disrespectful behaviour towards a young family last week. After waiting for 30 min they were told their order had been forgotten. When they asked how much longer (as they had a young child and a newborn with them) the guy in charge was extremely rude, went to the til, threw their money at them and yelled at them to get out! This alarming behaviour was totally unprovoked and unnecessary. This guy also said to the mum ‘you’re just a teenage mum’ when she would clearly be in her mid to late 20’s. This disgraceful behaviour had prompted my family to share what we witnessed far and wide as a warning to any customers. It will also be used as a case study to future students who are studying...

Seafood nice, thick flake, cooked perfectly. Food was fresh. Just needed chicken salt as requested and chips would have been even yummier. Souvlaki was well cooked and filling could be a little more meat than salad but flavours were there.

I wished you were able to substitute at least 1 item in a pack with something else of the same/lesser value. Especially off peak season at the least.

I recommend this Fish N CHIP shop and commend the lady working behind the counter, doing fabulous; between juggling phones orders, customers at counter, her colleagues yelling out and talking to her while shes trying to acknowledge customers, you rock. Well done 👏 Will most...
