Poached eggs are poached eggs!! There are no hard poached eggs!! We ordered poached eggs as part of our breakfast and all 3 of us received these hard eggs not runny. When we asked for them to be replaced with actual poached eggs the response was “oh did you want soft poached eggs”. Seriously if you are offering both options then ask the client what they would prefer even though poached eggs are traditional runny. When the meal came back only 2 of us received correctly poached eggs and the bread under the mixed mushrooms and capsicum was so soggy it was quite bad.
