Poached eggs are poached eggs!! There are no hard poached eggs!! We ordered poached eggs as part of our breakfast and all 3 of us received these hard eggs not runny. When we asked for them to be replaced with actual poached eggs the response was “oh did you want soft poached eggs”. Seriously if you are offering both options then ask the client what they would prefer even though poached eggs are traditional runny. When the meal came back only 2 of us received correctly poached eggs and the bread under the mixed mushrooms and capsicum was so soggy it was quite bad. Awesome joint, went to the bakery at first but they had stopped their breakfast service at 11 already. Instead we went to fine aromas (formerly post script), and ordered from their all day breakfast menu, I had eggs on toast but added mushrooms, hash brown and bacon, was beautiful and at a good price, service was swift yet polite. A dash of vinegar in cooking poached eggs may be fine for some folks but not half a bottle ! Over powered the eggs. Mentioned to mgr/0wner but blaise and doubt if it will be addressed..
