Hats off to this fantastic new local business in our community! I was thoroughly impressed—not only did the butcher custom-cut a beef brisket to the exact size I needed, but it was also expertly prepared, making it easy to apply a rub and go straight onto the Weber. The service on the day was outstanding, and most importantly, the beef itself was top quality—it cooked to perfection. Lovely people working there. They have nitrite free smoked bacon. OMG. Delish!!!!! Plus as I have an invalid to look after who has an eating problem....the most meltiest flavourful fillet steak.
