Xpresso Lane Cafe — Restaurant in Western Australia

I had the worst experience today at this cafe. I was with my grandchildren. The manage/ owner (im not sure) wasn't happy to take my order because i asked to swap out a couple of things for a healthier option. I had 2 kids with me and ordered two meals for them including myself. At the till i asked him to repeat what he was saying as i did quite understand his strong accent. He repeated it condescendingly. Only one kids meal came out from the kitchen, when i questioned it he came to the table and started to shout at me as i questioned the order. I will not be going back there and i would recommend you consider one of the many other cafe's or places to eat, there are many...

Waited 10 minutes for a pre made chicken roll to be 'toasted' thought this may only take 5 mins as wasn't too busy. After being concerned as to what was taking so long I ask "do you know when the roll will be ready?" Guy at counter clearly frustrated whips around opens the MICROWAVE and says it's ready now. Roll must have been sitting there for most of the time getting soggy. I was told I was getting a toasted roll not a microwaved roll. Not a good experience. Would reccomend they pay more attention to customer service and be forward about cooking methods so people purchasing do not feel like they have...

What a great little coffee shop. Just a coffee shop in a suburban mall??? Nope. This place is really quite something. The decor and detail in everything here is just so congruent and comfortable and it really spells out that the owners here take a lot of pride in their place and that love shows in every detail. The wall art and decor, the flower arrangements, the signage and even the teaspoons. The staff smiles and interactions clearly spelled out that they love their place and wat they do.
