wasn't sure how any fast food place could mess up hot chips, gravy & mash, or onion rings but it was well disappointing. The large chips were not crispy, and grossly over salted, and only filled the serving size box 2/3rds. The potato and gravy mash had a terribly bland flavour, totally unlike gravy, with only a little clump of potato barely a teaspoon size floating in it. the gravy was warm and the potato lump was cold, the portion was also only 2/3rd of a full container. The onion rings were Burnt to a crisp and was like trying to eat a giant tasteless cheerio, also under portioned. Being a fast food chain should not make you ashamed to have restaurant standards. Couldn't get a whole chicken or big chicken pieces box on Xmas day. I can appreciate it's not a great day to get these things but that's what you're known for, if you can't serve chicken you shouldn't be open. They only said we should've preordered but didn't offer any other solutions, it wasn't a busy store by the time we arrived so a little kindness from the window staff wouldn't have been too difficult. The only chicken place I've ever been to that always seem unprepared to serve chicken. Like, they're somehow caught off guard that someone might want chicken from them. Every time I go it's a massive wait in the drive through to get the most basic small order. My last 3 orders have been wrong culminating tonight in being served a burger with no chicken! Ordered a Double BBQ Bacon Burger. Got it home to find a burger with lettuce, bacon and heaps of mayo. No chicken, No BBQ sauce!...
