Hi to James, C P.prince butcher has invited you come back resolve the problem by discussion it face to face with respect, I think, that is an honorary thing. On the owner's side of it, that is very sad. James to go to social media and not front the issue first. And I believe that you could have I've got a roast out of it. A discount, some sort of GIF to apologise. And be able to move on without social media. I think it's very sad to hide behind. Social media, when all you had to do was front him in a gentleman manner.....

I love this butcher. The meat is of superb quality. They have various cuts and slices, including sausages, gourmet marinated meat, and trays of ready-made dinners and pastas and soups.

We have returned here several times, and I would always purchase over $300 worth of goodies.

My only very minor feedback (which should be considered to improve services always) was there was a young lady, she seemed very new and a little bit uncomfortable or less confident. There were lamb cutlets with a note: $17 per kilo or $28 for 2 kilos. So we asked if we could get 2 kilos for $28 instead of $17 per kilo. She had that confused look and told us she would ask first. We said that's what the note said. She said she would check first. Anyway, she found out we were right. Then, they had a display for tasting newly baked sausage rolls. It had a note, saying "beef and cheese." We tasted it and loved it. We found the glass cabinet with all sausage rolls. We couldn't find any that says beef and cheese. So we asked her. We told her we only found beef, and we wanted beef and cheese. She said they must have run out. Thank goodness someone else heard, and said the beef sausages in the glass cabinet have cheese. So we said good to know, since their note says "beef and cheese," so we looked for the same.

Overall, it is a great butcher, and we shall...

If you’re after top-tier meats and old-school service that’s hard to come by these days, this butcher shop is the place to go. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about what they’re selling – and it shows in the quality.

Every cut of meat is fresh, expertly prepared, and packed with flavour. Whether you’re after a prime steak, perfectly trimmed lamb chops, or house-made sausages, you’ll find the sort of quality here that puts the supermarket to shame.

What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. The team are always happy to offer advice on cooking, help with custom cuts, or recommend something new. It’s rare to find that kind of passion and pride these days, and it’s why I keep coming back.

Hands down one of the best butcher shops around. You’ll taste the difference – and feel it in the way you’re treated....

Mr Pasquale Princi left Italy and docked in Fremantle in July 1949. A year later he started this butcher trade. The seventh generation is now running the family business. In this shop, there were hot food as well as good quality meat. P. Princi has all the award-winning free-range hams and nitrate-free hams, Angus grass-fed beef, milk-fed baby veal, WA grass-fed lamb and all the free-range poultry ready for sale. Cheers! (2022-03)
