We shop at Fresh Pros probably three times a week for the fresh produce. Today we purchased two nice fresh heads of broccoli at a good price. I asked if they could cut the excess bulk away to fit them in our bag. The young lady took them somewhere and came back with two heads that went into my bag. I got home to discover I'd been given two old bruised and brown stale heads of broccoli. These had been substituted for the fresh ones. We were stunned at this abuse of trust and dishonesty. I rang Fresh Pros and they said bring them back and get two more. I did but this time I took my own knife to make sure there was no substitution again. The cost was only $4 which makes the substitution even worse. I remember this spot being lovely with delicious and somewhat decently priced food - just came in today and found out it’s changed.

A wide range of really nice looking desserts and lunch items - I ordered a caramel cheesecake (which was presented beautifully), four wings and a Spanakopita.

The wings were cold in the middle and soggy on the outside after being reheated, would’ve been sitting for atleast a day. The spanakopita was overcooked and very dry, and the most disappointing being the cheesecake. Might as well have ordered a bowl of cardboard flavoured gelatine. The packaging would’ve been more palatable. Tasteless, bland and a really gross texture from the deceiving cheesecake priced at $9.

Very disappointed and did not feel as though the $46 spent was anywhere near worth it, and I will not...
