Very unprofessional rude staff and poor facility! Won't go back anymore and will not recommend to anyone. We purchased a voucher for swimming, the first time we arrived in the centre a female staff was yelling at our face about the voucher can not be used for Children only for Adult...she stared at us unfriendly. I felt embarrass to argue the first we met so have to pay $80 for 2 kids 10 pass just to use my adult pass. However I find out later on there are no small print on the voucher restricting not for children. First impression - they lied to new customers for you to pay more. I bought two kids pass end of Nov last year, this year March we were told the passes expired while one of my kids only used 3 times. They refuse to offer anymore deal or credit or refund I was simply asked to pay more $$ for the kids if still want to come. Again this time a male staff was yelling at us 'The expiry date is written on the term, you signed it...'. I felt very disappointed and said this swimming pool is terrible am not coming back and then I walked out of the door. A female voice was yelling at my back again '...you signed it, its the term..' What kind of business the staff keep yelling at customer when they can't get more money out of you!! Lastly, they now reserved the heated pool for paid classes in weekend, customer like us have to use the outdoor cold...
Read moreIt's a little things that make a big difference to our day. Thanks to a great team who take service to the public seriously. Sure Jindalee Pool, is not the most up-to-date modern facility in Brisbane but its the team of dedicated staff that make this place a great facility and enviroment to use. Those individuals, who have been getting up in the cold mornings, (well before most of us get out of bed) Or who work in the heat of day, while we swim, then they cleanup, pick up our rubbish, remind us of safety rules, care for injured, cover the pools, change the lanes ropes, check the chemical levels, whilst watching and ready to rescue & then close in the early evenings . For a couple of year now I've observed team members, quietly getting on with their work, preparing for us to breeze through use the facilities then off again. It's so easy to take these individual team members for granted. The individuals I have met, have all been quick to resolve something themselves, even if it was another team members role. All have a happy greeting and are proficent at managing mutiple enquiries or even 'demands' that we asthe general public sometimes bring. Read moreVery big Disappointment!!!!. was there wanting to enjoy a peaceful Sunday... but they had this pool side paver cleaning machine on with so much noise... the noise was so disturbing that everyone was annoyed with the disturbance.. when I asked the front desk that we were very disturbed with the Machine, and if they could turn it off.. they were very rude. I did tell them that we people come down to the pools with the family to enjoy a peaceful Sunday and don't think wht they were doing was appropriate , big nuisance noise..told them that but they didn't seem to care.. I am quite annoyed with these kind of people and can't tolerate nuisant people, specially when it comes to the owners that don't care to deal with customer satisfaction... thats not the way to go... I believe they use this machine every Sunday's and poor customers just have to suck it up they think... well I'm not one of those customers.. I know my rights and Law.. so I will look into the FAIR RIGHTS OF TRADING putting a complaint.. such a big Disappointment... shame to these people that trade this way in a country like...
