Make sure you ask for receipt and check the prices and items when you go shopping with the store! I had a very bad experience with the store this morning when I went there to buy a few veggies. I was the first one to be served in the check out counter. After I got the receipt, I noticed that there were items what I didnot buy (it was quite easy to find this out as I didnot buy a lot and the item appeared the first item on the receipt). When I asked the casher staff, the girl refunded me immediately without question. This raises my suspicion and it seems that they have done this little cheating or what they said 'mistakes' very often. When I further questioned them, intead of apologizing to me, the two young girls in the casher simply told me that it is mistake made by the casher and the item was left by previous customer. The explanation is not convincing because I was the first one to be served in the check out and the item was the first one to be charged. How can you charge an item that is not purchased? If it is not found out, I have to pay something that I didnot buy (account for 20% of the total purchase!). Is this a fraud? Poor service,...

Everything a green grocer should be; great selection of quality fruit and vegetables, huge range of pantry goods and cold stuff. The main reason we started shopping here is because they had a large selection of vegetarian meals in the freezer (veg pies, nuggets, sausage rolls). Haven’t seen this stuff lately though so hoping the owners see this review and bring them back! This is just in general a very convenient place to shop as it’s all indoors and air conditioned. I really like the gourmet selection of pasta and pasta sauces, marinades, dips, yogurt and cheeses. Staff here are always very friendly and helpful so it’s a nice vibe. The best green grocer in the 4074 area without a doubt. Edit: (04/02/23) Was very disappointed to see how much of the produce was covered in mould today. Nectarines sitting there covered in grew powdery mould. I wanted to buy some raspberries but couldn’t find a single pack that didn’t have mouldy berries in it. Given that all of the produce is sitting indoors and in refrigerators there isn’t any...

I m a returning customer of the store.Yesterday afternoon around 2/3pm, one of white hair old man, works in the Jindalee store who’s in charge the product delivery/storage, was extremely rude and racist directly towards my mum at the front of the store, while my mum was doing her shopping.(He said to my mum, do you want to work for us? Huh? What are you doing? Why picking up the fruits? Hopeless…) He has no professional manners at all. I stood up to make his apologised immediately. However, the damage already made. Those behaves should never ever happened to anyone! The reputation of the store is down and bad to me. I want to lodge a formal complaint against this staff member, even I don’t know his name.But lots of staff and customers witnessed it. Don’t know if the company would do anything about it? But at least, the future customers who care about reviews/customer service now all can see what my family true experience was. Remember, just don’t let them bully you or your family! No matter what...
