This place has gone totally downhill . Receptionist hung up on me twice after being on hold 5 minutes before I could even get an appointment. We got there and it was absolutely filthy and disgusting everywhere, the vent had copious brown dust over it the floors disgusting window dirty and no ventilation. If you are with child and aren’t sick you would definately be sick sitting in the place. we were finally seen 30 minutes after appointment time which was booked to nebulise my son whose oxygen level was 92 and coughing couldn’t breathe an emergency situation. We were seen by Dr. Naomi Moss who should have her medical license revoked because she didn’t do anything check his lungs pulse oxygen levels but go into a 5 minute spell about asthma and he probably has a virus ( my kid has had asthma for 9 years and I have a phd in biopharmacology . we have seen many asthma specialists . I know about asthma. She refused to do anything and I asked her this is an emergency and my son is coughing and can’t breathe are u going to do anything ? She told us to leave . so we are now at hospital getting the treatment she should have done and they just diagnosed him with bacterial pneumonia . This place is getting sued for malpractice stay away from the receptionist who hangs up on you the filthy office...

The receptionist was so rude and dismissive when she saw me waiting outside (due to covid restrictions minimal people in the waiting room which I respect and understand) and snapped that she didn’t have X-ray vision to see through walls when I was in a clearly visible position waiting. Then on the way out after getting a whooping cough booster for my upcoming child, she made a comment that “lucky I got it done or I wouldn’t get to see my own baby” which is not only completely inappropriate but also inaccurate and not up to her to be making comments on families personal decisions. Absolutely disgusted by the person you’ve chosen as the customer facing representative of your clinic and will not be returning or recommending...

I took him to The Jindalee Village Medical Centre, they were obviously fully booked out being the first day back after holiday break, the lovely receptionist said if we could just wait we could squeeze in between patients. We only waited about 10 minutes, Dr Jayakoby was absolutely brilliant and so thorough. She had so much time for him and didn’t feel rushed at all even though she had patients waiting. She cleaned him up, bandaged the wound and gave him a tetanus jab. She was amazing, so impressed. The receptionist still had time for a quick chat and a smile as we were leaving even though she was clearly mega busy. Highly recommend...
