Very unhappy! Especially with the lady at the counter!!! I had been looking forward to a chicken salad from yiros all day just finished work and last time I ordered the salad there was very minimal dressing so tonight I ordered an additional sauce on the side (paid $2 extra) so I could enjoy it they way I wanted. I ordered 2 salads for myself and partner. I drove all the way home and saw they gave is no dressing at all on any of the salads just my one I paid for on the side. I was really disappointed and called the shop only to be told there was not much I could do about it unless I drove all the way back to get some sauce! Like seriously.. I said that it was not great customer service when I went out of my way for paying for the extra and then had to spilt it between both salads. She then hung up on me! I usually wouldn’t care but I never order takeaway food and can’t afford it with living expenses so high and this was a treat for us.
I can see by other people on the Google reviews it seems to be a problem at this store. I won’t be back and will spend my money elsewhere! Thanks for ruining...
Read moreHave ordered quite a few times through the Yiros Shop Loyalty app. Last delivery left a small chips off the order - prepared to give them benefit of the doubt, and didn't follow this up with them. Last order on Fri 21/05/21 arrived - no drink as per paid order. Rang store, and it was safe to say that no one there could help, as they didn't understand their own apps or systems. Couldn't refund. I finally found an email address on the receipt, and emailed in regard my order requesting refund on paid product that was not delivered. Was contacted, and was assured by email that a refund would be organised, as of today ( wed 26/05/21).....nothing, no refund. There are so many delivery options around at the moment, best to go somewhere else. UPDATE!!!!!! 01/06/21 - as at this date, regardless of their reply.......still no refund. Read moreI come back here because the food is good. But some of the marketing and franchise decisions have been extremely frustrating. I order a haloumi wrap and chips everytime I come and accrue loyalty points. But they can only be spent on a veggie pattie wrap or some other meat options which I don't eat. Recently they've stopped allowing you to buy chips on the side which I'm assuming is an attempt to force people to buy the meal and drink but I don't drink soft drink so I had to go next door to buy some chips from the burger shop. And now apparently they are changing the loyalty system again to something even more complicated, which very obviously is geared towards not rewarding the customer as much. I would spend so much more money here if they just kept things simple. If you can't make a profit off a wrap and chips then just put the price up. Don't try and force me to buy things...
