Made of Dough — Local services in Brisbane City

Update: further to my last review (below) we were offered a complimentary meal which we collected tonight. Upon arrival the male manager argued that we had to pay full price, wasn't until I produced the email chain demonstrating the conversation that he reluctantly handed over our food, then had to argue further for our garlic bread and drink. He then went on to ask what was wrong with our last order and when I said "poor quality" he was dismissive and rude. Anyway, poor service aside, the food was still as terrible as my last review. Bases were as dry as an English cricket pitch, toppings not fresh and minimal, basically you're getting cardboard drenched in sauces. I've had better pizza at 2am from a dodgy kebab shop! This place used to be so good but the quality here now is lower than a snakes belly. Spend your money elsewhere.

This used to be hands down my favourite place to get pizza in Brisbane, not sure if new owners or just a decline in quality but my pizza tonight was not what I had come to expect from here. Crust not cooked through, toppings very light on and flavourless, not mention having to wait an extra 20 minutes on our quoted pick up time. Had been craving it for weeks and pretty disappointed with what we got tonight. Will be looking elsewhere...

Can someone please explain to me that when I ordered a large pizza on Doordash from Made of Dough, expecting it to be the size suggested in the attached, I only recieved a 12 inch medium sized pizza in what is generally understood to be a medium sized pizza box????!!!!!! I took the pizza box to Made of Dough in an attempt to obtain an answer, but the recalcitrance of the staff member was only exceeded by her repetitive insistence that this 12 inch box is a large size pizza box, providing no custom service at all and offering no explanation whatsoever. I was charged $26 for the Mod Supreme (normally $20), and $1 extra for each bit of added anchovie, making these the most expensive anchovies ever eaten given that elsewhere, each individual slice always has added anchovie at less than the $6 extra charged for the sparse distribution of anchovies on the pizza...

Rang to order a pizza. Asked if extra for half and half. Told no. Asked for pineapple on my pizza. Went to pay and it was $8 more. They charged me $4 for half and half and $4 for pineapple. I argued that I was told no extra for half and half. He said that was unfair so removed the charge. I asked why adding some pineapple cost $4. Get this... Because I got it on both sides of my pizza!!!! Its usually $2. As I told him, if I was told that it was that much on the phone for a few measly pieces, I would have said not to worry about it. I had a tin at home that cost less than $2. Rip off. I do have to say that the veggie pizza half was amazing. The meat half I didnt eat as it was tasteless. I have never heard of a place charging for two sides of the pizza when asking for...
