A beautiful, modern and spatious cafe restaurant with a very open style vibe.

As soon as you walk in, the elegance and modern ambience stands out in this place. The decor is so well thought out and appropriately themed. Well spaced out plants and artworks adorn the space, giving off a very sophisticated and chillaxed ambience.

The music is tasteful and understated. It's at the perfect volume to both amplify the experience of dining here as well as allowing for easy conversations with your peers.

They have made impeccable use of a medium sized space, making it feel cosy and welcoming as well as spacious and open at the same time. The air temperature and calm consistent breeze is beautiful and comfortable.

The service is prompt and welcoming and attentive. They are extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and eager to help and assist.

There is a variety of indoor and outdoor seating to choose from. Very comfortable and clean and beautifully decorated. Everything is so well maintained and cleaned, I am really impressed with the effort and attention to detail they put in.

The coffees! Wow, the coffees! Amazing variety of specialty house creations and regular hot and cold drinks to choose from. The Cocoa Gato is such an impressively and uniquely constructed masterpiece of delicious coco whipped cream with such an interesting consistency and perfect sweetness. The iced mocha was so delicious and perfectly chocolately with the right amount of sweetness. Divine ! Some of the best coffees and drinks we've ever had !

The food...where do I even begin? WOW. The food is simply divine and absolute perfection. So beautifully presented; so artfully constructed on the plate. A cocophony of vibrant and colourful extremely fresh and whole food ingredients, perfectly cooked and orchestrated. A savoury delight for the tongue and the eyes.

The Hot Smoked Salmon dish was a magesticly delicious combination of extremely fresh salmon and greens and perfectly poached eggs.

Even something as simple as the side of butter for the bread was such an incredible and elevated experience. The butter was the perfect saltiness and texture and deliciousness. This place puts the utmost effort into every single thing that you will experience.

Me and my companions were so blown away by everything that this place has to offer. We cannot fault this place for a single thing. Being a local, we had heard of Mr O but had never been there until a visiting friend invited us for brunch. The place was bustling with people when we arrived and were greeted by a very friendly person who directed us to our seats. Water quickly arrived and the gentleman taking the drinks order was also super friendly. Coffee arrived and they were delicious. Our friend is originally from Melbourne and for him to say the coffee was good is enough proof that they were in fact, good. It's so good that my wife, who has only once before did this, ordered a second coffee. I nearly fell off my chair. Food looked fresh and was absolutely delicious. Ah, a 'Benny' in Cessnock Just travellin' through..Definitely out of the box Cafe, from the greasy food expectations. Think beyond your usual muffin and hollandaise sauce. Mr.O, does it with that 'Oh' factor. Wholesome grained organic lightly toasted sourdough, gently just cooked kale, dilled cucumber, not gerkin, smoked salmon, red onions, that your breath won't detect, dressed beautifully with poached eggs that tapped dribble over your wholesome brunch, with homemade pesto to add fervour to your already hollandaise.
