Very disappointed to buy mung bean cakes and discover upon getting home with them that they were beginning to go mouldy and were quite some time beyond the use-by date; when retruning the following day for a refund the lady was reluctant to give a refund on the one (it was two separate purchases) that the receipt had been misplaced; saying we'd have to return with the receipt when it was found.I would've thought given that they had several packets of these cakes on the shelf,many if not all of which were unfit for consumption,that she would have apologised and not concerned herself with a piece of papaer! Surely he remembered serving us the previous day anyway. She is very inexperienced with customer service, lazy with packing delicate products such as baby duck eggs even when being asked, not mindful enough to put soft cake on top of the bag instead of shoving it down the bottom, and more...
