If I could give this place no stars I would. We made a group booking for 20. They first gave our table to someone else without matching the details of the booking to the group and the barmen said "sorry they tricked me" They ran out of chicken, and also beer battered chips.. and switched to sweet potato without saying anything. We waited over an hour for our food with no apology for the wait The food was of barely edible quality They missed orders or made them wrong

When we complained nicely about the service, the pub owner didn't apologise, he said we got a discount (the pub was running a special not a special discount for us). The barmen said i just make drinks even though he was also a server. There was still no apology for anything.

The pub owner said that we are from Melbourne and won't see us again anyway. They started talking about us to people waiting at the bar.

I cannot believe this experience we had.

If you can't handle a group of 20 then don't accept bookings larger than 10..

This is an appalling place for service and food. Beers may be okay but neither the brewery or distillery are currently functioning. Gloomy, sparse space with desultory counter service. Very limited menu and the quality of the hamburgers, while reasonably tasty are sparse. No cutlery, napkins and burgers seriously overpriced at $16, served on a sheet of paper in a plastic basket and COLD, seriously, COLD. Had to send them back and they reheated them for 5 minutes. Six of our party were gradually served but the 7th still hadn't received their meal, despite that we'd all been given our meal, then reheated and consumed. Go if you want to wait over an hour and a half for food. Then when you complain about the wait, instead of taking responsibility and apologising, the manager tells you that you should have went to a fast food restaurant if you wanted fast food. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant/pub that does pizza and burgers and waited over an hour and half. You may also enjoy this place if you like items replaced in your meal without being told. Reason - ran out of food. Worst hospitality...
