The woman with the short grey hair is unbelievably rude. I asked permission if it was okay to deposit a large quantity of coins, I told her that I had intentionally come at a time that it was quiet and infact it was quiet. She got upset when the amount she had counted did not match the amount I had counted, and she told me I had to agree to her sum. I could see she was getting stressed and angry, I did not wish to take up her time or upset her so I said “that’s perfectly fine, I will take it to the bank”. I just wanted to get out of her hair as she was clearly mad. She literally SNATCHED the purse out from my hand and said “i have wasted enough time with you” as she put coins back into it. Loud enough for other people to hear. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated, I had done my best to be respectful and was apologetic that I had taken her time. I wont bother to list the other rude things she said. What a horrible way to treat someone who was seeking a service. I am absolutely appalled at this treatment. I was clear and open from the beginning, i ASKED if I could deposit coins, I told her the approximate quantity, she could have just said no. I have never experienced anyone so angry and rude, to snatch a purse from my hands and say she is wasting her time was disgusting behaviour.

I've started using this post office a when I'm in the area and the ladies here are very friendly and helpful nothing seems to be a hassle and they are happy to do it I would recommend this post office if it is your local. thank you for the great work see you again soon.

I took out a PO BOX here December 2017 and paid $68 up until March 31st 2018. I requested e mail alerts as to when I receive Mail in my Box and started to receive these within days. I went to Collect my Mail and had letters for a Third Party probably an existing box holder. I took this mail into the shop and said this was Not My mail. I was then informed by 1 of The Counter staff that a Note would be put on my Box to make The Sorters aware that they Were Not to put any Mail in my Box unless it was to Addressed to me. After 6 more Visits and with The Problem happening Over and Over again I am quite Disgruntled. I then ordered some Glasses from the Web which were coming from Italy via DHL. I was given a Tracking No to Track the Parcel and it was then handed over to Australia Post, once The Package had reached Australian Shores. I continued to Track this and over the days saw that it was taking a while to get to me. It had arrived at Arundel at 04.24 AM on a Monday Morning yet by Thursday I had still not had any News. I did Call the Post office and Left a message on The Monday to enquire about this. I NEVER received a Call back. Thursday Morning I called the Office first Thing and asked about my package, only to be told it had been here since Monday BUT had not been Scanned in and Accepted as DELIVERED. I would Not Recommend this Post office at all. I have Complained to Australia Post and a Manager is Investigating. I shall be asking for a Refund of My original $68 (Which Was Paid to me) as I Feel The level of Service was Simply Appalling with No Apologies What So Ever offered ...

Tried calling today no response, on my second attempt a lady picked up and started the conversation by saying "wow you're persistent- what do you want?". I asked how I get authority to pick up a package on someone's behalf who can't make it in and she says "get em' to give you authority?" So I asked "how?" And she goes "I don't know a letter or something, who are you??? why aren't they coming in???" I explained the situation and I think she cut me off about 4 or 5 times. She then asked for my friends name, to which I gave and she yells "SURNAME FIRST!!" She then said she doesnt know what I need to do and she will have to ask her boss and call me back later. I then asked her name and she said "Ygette", I said "Yvette or Ygette?" She goes "YGETTE AS I SAID!!!". I said "Ygette, I think this is the rudest I've ever been spoken to by anyone in customer service" and she says "Awww that's a shame, I'm normally actually really nice but yeah your just pushin it". I would love to say I'll never be back but living and working in the area makes that impossible. I think people like this do the community a major disservice. Ive heard terrible things about experiences at this branch and this was such an unpleasant experience. I work in customer service and I would never answer the phone like that, speak to people like that, cut them off or be so terribly degrading. Anyone who spoke like that in my business would be pulled up immediately. Definitely some service training needed...
