This was my first visit as I heard it was great for gluten-intolerant diners. Unfortunately, it will also be my last.

The atmosphere initially looked inviting, and we were excited to dine. However, the experience quickly turned sour due to the staff’s attitude.

Our waitress, a dark-haired woman, seated us. While she wasn’t outright rude, she didn’t smile once and looked visibly unhappy. We brushed it off and placed our order: 1 sticky chicken tapas, 1 halloumi bites, 1 Coca-Cola, and 1 pink lemonade.

The young blonde-haired girl who took our drink order was shockingly rude—avoiding eye contact and barely engaging with us. Worse, we noticed her being blatantly unprofessional with the table next to us, repeatedly snapping ā€œwhatā€ at them when they asked about menu items (and they spoke with a slight accent). If staff can’t understand a customer, a professional response is to politely clarify, not bark ā€œwhat.ā€

On the plus side, the food arrived quickly and was delicious. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our visit.

When we went to pay, we encountered the same blonde-haired girl at the counter. Behind the bar, three staff members stood around looking equally miserable, none of them smiling or creating a welcoming environment.

When she processed our payment, the total came to $77, which was clearly wrong. I pointed this out, but she just stared at me, completely silent. My husband asked if the total was correct, and all she said was ā€œyes.ā€

I asked her to read back the order to confirm the charges. Again, she stared at me and rudely responded, ā€œwhat?ā€ After asking a third time, she sighed dramatically and finally read back the order. Sure enough, it included a pizza we hadn’t ordered.

I corrected her and she adjusted the total to $44 without so much as an apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, in fact, we were met with complete silence and no eye contact yet again. My husband paid, and she didn’t say a single word throughout the transaction, not even a goodbye.

I have never experienced such rude and dismissive behaviour in a restaurant. As a business owner myself, I find this completely unacceptable. If any of my staff treated customers this way, they’d be retrained and warned immediately. How dare someone treat friendly customers like this!

While the food was excellent, the atrocious customer service ruined what could have been a new favorite spot for me, as someone with gluten intolerance. Instead of leaving happy, my husband and I left feeling disrespected and undervalued.

Management seriously needs to address this girl’s behaviour and overall team morale. This girl will drive loyal customers away if something isn’t done about her attitude and customer service. If she doesn’t like a customer facing role, then she should not work in that...

My partner and I had a very bad experience here on the weekend. We ordered a pizza to share, but asked for no dairy as I am allergic. When the pizza came out it was covered in cheese and I asked for it to be remade dairy free as I had asked. We were actually sitting next to the glass that looked into the kitchen so I could hear and see everything that was going on. They told the chef to remake the pizza without cheese. He continued to make every order he had before remaking ours which is extremely poor customer service. We then saw him finally start to remake ours and HE PUT CHEESE ON IT!!! After a couple of minutes he realised and then went and scraped the cheese off the pizza and into the bin, along with all the sauce on the base. Any trained chef would know that is dangerous cross contamination when it comes to allergies!! He then didn't add any more sauce and quickly just put a few toppings on it and put it in the oven. Of course when it came out it was extremely dry as there was no sauce on the base! By this point we were starving as we'd been waiting about 30-40 minutes for a pizza so we ate half of it and took the other half home so we could add some sauce to it!! We were given no apology for this, although the staff made the iced coffee $2 on the bill (only $3 discount), which was a nice gesture I guess. Pizzas had the potential to be good, as the base if very thin and crispy, but the toppings looked like very cheap quality. Wouldn't recommend if you have an dietary...

12 out of 10! From the moment we arrived we were greated with a warm smile and the choice of where to sit. The staff were extremely friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel special every step of the way! The food was exceptional and we ordered the trio of dips, the camembert and walnuts, the popcorn prawns, the burrito bowl, buffalo wings, calamari and finished off with the rocky road calzone…… to be honest, we couldn’t fault a single thing! My autistic daughter wanted to thank the chef and our amazing waitress didn’t hesitate in bringing her out! To top off this amazing dining experience, we were able to interact with a very humble yet absolutely astounding bar tender! I couldn’t help myself but to defer to the obvious experience of this gentleman bartender and ask him to supply me with amazing flavors! He most definitely did not disappoint! All in all an absolute pleasure from greeting to farewell! I highly highly recommend this place in every way, and from working in hospitality I definitely appreciate good food, service...

I drove 20 minutes to pickup nachos and a pizza, the pizza was ok but the nachos had no sour cream or pico de gallo. I called 3 times before they answered. They made a replacement for me so I drove back again and my replacement looked nothing like the photos of nachos I’ve seen here. I’m shocked at the service that was provided and I’ll leave it to the owner to determine if this is what $23 nachos look like.

The best fresh food in town everything is made and site and the flavour are the best I have eaten anywhere Pizzas and Tapas and the menu is continually updated and an absolute pleasure to dine here, the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your dining experience is the best you have ever had. Excellent atmosphere for a few drinks and watch the footy as they have TV's setup with Foxtel.

Came here for lunch and a beer today and the service was great. I had so many choices on the menu it was hard to pick, all sounding so tasty, I chose the caramel and Chilli pork belly bites on slaw and I was not disappointed, full on flavour decent size portion and delicious. Was well worth $22 washed down with a ice cold Corona Recommend for sure
