We visited for dinner when we arrived to stay with family in Paradise Point. The staff were friendly and welcoming and seated us quickly. The Service was good and we soon had our orders taken at the table. Our red wine was so good we bought a bottle after our first glass. Unfortunately one of the meals ordered, the slow cooked pork belly, was tough and unpleasant to eat. It had not been rendered well and the meat was difficult to cut and chew. However the confiet duck salad was delicious as were the chicken wings. The staff credited us the cost of the unsatisfactory meals which we appreciated very much. We believe this may just have been a bad piece of meat that day as others had told us this was a very popular dish at the restaurant. As we were treated with respect and everything else was great, we will definitely return in the future.

Halfway decent food (salad was missing pine nuts and the truffle fries were soggy) and the atmosphere was a shade below average but the stand out is definitely the service for all the wrong reasons. Between ordering and the food arriving was well over an hour. Checked with staff to see what was going on/why others who'd sat down after us had similar food already and was fobbed off with "it's coming". On the third approach the manager admitted they'd lost the order... Beyond that empty glasses abounded and from a glance around we weren't the only ones baffled by the lack of service. Would honestly recommend eating anywhere else.

Caught up with a mate for lunch on Thursday afternoon. It was a beautiful day after all the horrible rain we’ve been having, so sat outside. The venue has indoor and outdoor seating which is protected by the weather but still slows you to have a great view. Friendly attentive staff with a great share plate menu. We ordered the Karaage chicken, duck rolls, calamari and pork belly bites to share The food came out quickly and everything was super tasty and super fresh. It was surprisingly filling. Fantastic place for a casual drink and nibbles!

Trying to support local business . Just paid $116 for a very dissatisfied and disappointing meal. Entrees where falafel balls that were very dry and tasteless . The other entree was karaage chicken that was cooked a week ago, very dry .Our mains where Vegetable curry that was suppose to have a dash of cream and chilli flakes on top , must have forgot whilst adding all the salt , terrible strong salt taste .. The other main was the Thai beef noodles , the beef was charred on top due to sitting under a grill post cooking and the noodles were drowned in salt . We have been going to different restaurants for the past 4 years every Saturday night and have to rate this evening as the worst for food and service . The young waitress was only 2 weeks on the job and the poor girl had NO SUPPORT for the outside tabled guest. This is our 3rd visit in 18 months to this establishment and unfortunately it failed on all fronts . Never again as we could not finish a 1/4...

First time here Staff friendly but food was dreadful

Tinned mushrooms for entree on top of piece Turkish Hubby ordered steak @ $41.95. Couldn’t eat any of his meal as steak was tough and mash potato full of lumps Pizza soggy Sliders - no sauce or flavour, no garnish just plain with few fries that been cooked in oil that hadn’t been changed for a while Ribs - full of grizzle,

Very expensive just for pub food In fact had better pub food then this before and half The price

Don’t mind paying the prices if it’s top quality But $41.95 for steak in a pub!!!! Had better quality at a restaurant that was less than this Fair play after complaining the manager did take some off the bill But that’s not the point

Don’t rip people off if food quality is poor

The chef needs to take a lesson in cooking steak and...
