Brought my family in on Sunday for brunch wasn’t busy at the time like 3-4 tables maybe & I’ve only heard good things now that they have new owners

Cappuccino lactose free Too much chocolate on top for me

We had the vegan mushroom & avocado was delicious but was only 1 piece of bread could have done with 2 slices per serving and would have been perfect 👌

Acai bowl was almost liquid definitely wouldn’t recommend that as I’m such a fan of Acai consistency needs to be thick like ice cream nice & smooth the taste and flavour presentation on point though 👌 just let down with the runny liquid ness

Steak sandwich was yum but felt like it needed chips my partner is a big guy we didn’t realise it didn’t come with chips lucky we ordered a extra bowl on the side to share

Daughter had pancakes was nice

Had a corona didn’t offer a lemon or lime had to ask Also Asked for a house red wine with ice in the glass & came out with no ice had to ask again was happy to put some in a glass And water glasses for still hot from after being washed The staff was friendly Customer service needs some work This is just fair criticism I work in hospitality myself for over 20 years I felt like if I didn’t say something how will you ever know to be better so next time I come will be a great experience from the get home

Also FYI vegans love food too and they like lots of it don’t be stingy because they are vegans lol

We recently ordered delivery from Relish Café in Paradise Point, and the food quality was... okay. The dishes were not very flavourful although the portion sizes were quite generous. We particularly appreciated the availability of vegan options, which catered well to our dietary preferences.

Was the food good? Half half. There are generous portions as you can see but it seems that the food lacks flavour in many of their meals. The vegan selections were nice to see, showcasing the café's commitment to diverse dietary needs.

How was the packaging? The food arrived well-packaged and labeled, maintaining its temperature and presentation. It's evident that care was taken to ensure a pleasant delivery experience.

Was it a pickup or delivery? This was a delivery and overall, it was handled efficiently. However, there were some issues with the order itself as below.

Room for improvement? Yes. One of the items we ordered was canceled without any prior notification and 2 other items were substituted without explanation, while still paid the original item price. While we understand that substitutions may be necessary at times, a courtesy call or message would have been appreciated to confirm our preferences.
