I've lived here for 3 years, and anyone under 50 are not welcome within the community of 25 people who live on the island (ghost town). Strangly aggressive old people continuously harassed children over normal activities (using bike around house). Rules around the amenities on the island cater only toward older people and it seems security's only job is to scold kids after being snitched on by an...

Body corporate and management are terrible for the amount that it costs. Apartments only have one or two car parks and they tow other vehicles when you use to be able to use multiple car parks. Now they have been allocated to short term use. So if you have an extra...
