Just made the most amazing Pistachio Green Velvet cake with mix and advice from here. Lovely team and amazingly comprehensive range of supplies and sugar flowers and decorations.

Take the low reviews here with a grain of salt - while in store I saw the staff kindly and reasonably inform a customer that it was at least 2.5 days to produce an elaborate custom cake so no, they couldn’t place such an order for collection tomorrow. The customer wasn’t as kind in their response. I suspect the low reviews are from such customers.

Such beautiful service, store and beautiful cakes. I am so grateful for the wonderful ladies who went above and beyond for me. I had an accident and fell over in front of the store and unfortunately dropped my cake. The lady came to help me and they even offered to fix my cake even tho she didn't have to do that at all.
