I've had my fair share of Pho. From Brisbane City, to sunnybank, to inala and to here at Browns plains.

I've been here before and ordered many times prior but tonight I want to express how well and how far this restaurant has come.

For starters, I came in and was swiftly greeted and given a table. They're on top of it and immediately the server was extremely kind and helpful, not only to me but to the other patrons on this busy night.

Me and my wife ordered combination pho and it was just amazing. The natural flavour of the beef and stock felt so clean. The size of the pho was good and my god, the meat was so tender. I don't know whether or not I've gotten a good bowl for tonight but every other time I've been here, the food has been immaculate. The complimentary extras such as the beansprouts, mint leaves, chilli's and lemon were very fresh and fragrant. I always add them in to just enrich the flavour to the pho.

Pricing is a tad high but nevertheless, I do think it's worth the price for the quality of food and service that you get.

They've also redone the interior from when I have come here which I will say is extremely good. The utensils are very nice and the atmosphere is very good.

I couldn't wait to leave so I could leave a review. I've had good pho, but the broth on this was so meaty and delicious. Everything is beautifully fresh. 💚

As if that wasn't enough, the service was outstanding. Something you would expect from service people in the USA working for their tips. The stand-out... and the reason for the wonderful atmosphere? A guy named Morris. I can only imagine he is the owner, but he is the hardest front staff and very friendly without interuppting your dining experience. Not to mention the respect he has for the rest of the staff is amazing. From the 'yes chef' when he was on the way for food collection, to holding the doors open, and not rushing everyone around - it was refreshing to see in the service industry.

Everything was clean, fresh, and a calm, quiet experience for a space that was FULL of diners.
