Mandurah Dolphin Tours — Local services in Mandurah

After reading about the bad reviews from the other reviewers, I can totally understand why they were upset. But to clarify, they have a guarantee that if you didn't spot any dolphins on your particular tour, they offer an open rebooking date within the next one year.

Also, regarding being packed like sardines, we noticed the earlier tour timing which we opted for were much emptier. The 11am tour was packed.

We were satisfied as we managed to sport a number of dolphins. Although they weren't jumping out of the water much, one came up close at the front of the craft which make for a good photo op.

The housing tour does seem like we were paying money to see how the rich spends their money, but if was interesting to understand the history of the canals and how it used to be used for cattle farming.

All in all, a little pricey for 10 to 15 mins of dolphins, but it does seem like a must do activity...

We had an alright time on this cruise, there wasnt much room for us to see any dolphins as the ones we did see appeared very quickly and the first to notice got up and took up the space to take a photo etc. The guide was super knowledgable which was great. We ordered lunch but they said there had been issues with the system lately, which was hard to hear because we thought that meant they probably could have avoided missing our lunch... therefore we had to eat when we got back after the cruise and the staff member was unable to handle the accident and was quite awkward and unhelpful. We got a refund and went to the same place our meal was from and found out it was just a kids meal... We wouldnt really recommend this company and saw more dophins from sitting on the dock and piers around the marina. Unfortunate poor...

Definitely won't be going back. The boat was nothing like it was advertised, speaker barely worked, not enough seating, the seating that they did have were plastic garden chairs. Our kids (6 and 4) couldn't see unless we picked them up to look out the window. We had our 8 week old aswell so would have been nice to atleast have a seat to sit on while we had to hold her the whole time. No snacks or water to purchase on a 42 degree day it wasn't great to have no water available especially for the kids. Even the tap in the bathroom didn't work. They had no kids steering wheel or binoculars as advertised on the website. Tried to message them on Facebook, they've read the message but haven't bothered to reply.
