San Churro in Mandurah is a delightful spot for anyone with a sweet tooth or a craving for a warm, cozy treat. The ambiance is welcoming, and the staff are friendly, making it a perfect place for a casual catch-up or a family outing. We visited on a Sunday morning, when it wasn’t too crowded. The churros are undoubtedly the star of the show—freshly made, perfectly crisp on the outside, and soft inside. They pair wonderfully with the rich chocolate dipping sauces, with options ranging from milk to dark chocolate, catering to all preferences. Their menu offers a variety of other treats, including indulgent desserts, decadent hot chocolates, and refreshing iced drinks, so there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re looking for a quick snack or a sweet escape, San Churro Mandurah delivers on flavor and experience. Highly recommend for dessert lovers or anyone looking to add a touch of sweetness to their day!

Food presentation is beyond miserable and differs greatly to what they advertise. The customer service is dire. Bala who I assume is the manager could not understand why we had an issue with what was presented to us, and continued to refer it as appropriate servicing size which was only partly the issue. Bala felt the presentation was acceptable yet It was clearly thrown together. >Churros snack pack regular size $19.95 Picture of what we got vs what we expect to get. Unacceptable presentation, slopped together with strawberries not fresh as advertised and had green bits left on them. The churros were not fresh either. >Mozzarella sticks $7.95 - tomato relish was stone cold, taken straight out of the fridge. >Thick Spanish Hot Chocolate with vanilla gelato $9 - just gross. Awful experience!!!

Got my 3 year old the mini sundae and was until I seen her put what looked like a big chunk off ice cream into her mouth, I seen her struggling to eat it and almost choke on an ice cube! It wasn't until I got it out of her mouth that I saw the ice! After I let the staff know about this, I was told the ice cube maker is next to the ice cream, and the ice must have fallen into the ice cream. Now really who ever made the sundae would have seen this and should not have put it into the sundae. I was offered a new one or a refund but it almost all gone buy this time. Just to let people know, if you do get ice cream from here, keep an eye out on ice cubes, especially if it's for a kids ice cream! Very dangerous. Think you need to have a chat with whoever made the sundae

This review is for a particular experience my Mother and I had.

We arrived at breakfast time, wanting to try their toasted sandwiches and even enjoy some ice cream since it was quite the hot morning. We found the tables were very close together, to the point I couldn’t sit at a table if another customer was sitting at the table behind me. Plus, the tables were not clean. Not off to a good start.

We ordered an avocado and cheese toasted sandwich each (I forget the proper name). The food came out quite quickly, and at first they looked delicious and seemed freshly cooked. However, getting to the middle of the sandwiches we found they were cold. Cold in the middle, but the bread was toasted. That tells me they microwave the pre-made sandwich (the employees told me the sandwiches were pre-made) before putting it on a sandwich press machine for a bit to toast it up. We had to outright return a sandwich wanting it to be heated up some more. We waited twenty minutes, so I went to the front desk to ask where the sandwich was. I was told the employee has completely forgotten about it. Not cool at all.

We had also ordered two fruit drinks, but they were very forgettable. I don’t even recall if I enjoyed them or what they tasted like. Definitely have had much better elsewhere.

Finally, they brought out a new sandwich entirely. Except, the bread wasn’t toasted this time. Did they just throw it in the microwave right after pressing it in a toasting machine this time? We weren’t sure. We just ate the food we paid for and didn’t even bother sticking around for any churros or ice cream that we know San Churro’s is known for.

I don’t blame the employees. They were young and didn’t seem to have a manager or anyone there to give them guidance. That’s how it seemed to me, anyway. All I can say is, it was a very disappointing experience for a very popular restaurant chain.

Hopefully we’ll have a better experience going there for a dessert product instead of a...

Only the taste of the churro's saved this review from being only one star. It was only intended to be a quick snack, however on arrival, all the staff had a couldn't-care-less attitude, and there clearly wasn't anyone in charge. My mother and my order was simple - Churros for two, tea and a water. It was chilly at our table outside, so we moved indoors, but we notified them and they changed our table number on our order. This is where the problems started. It took 45 minutes for our churros to arrive. They lost our order slip and served everyone who arrived later before us. Every time we enquired as to where our food was no one seemed to know or care. They mainly just said "I don't know. They should be along soon" and walked off again. 45 minutes is far too long to wait for 6 churros. They had also run out of bottles of water - which I find ridiculous. When we finally went to pay they wouldn't except our money and acted as though it was our fault for having a $50 note. They weren't at all apologetic for our service, and acted as though we were an inconvenience instead of valued customers. Overall, despite the amazing tasting churros, the experience was terrible, and I'd never return to...

My partner ordered Churros tonight at 8.15, after celebrating the birth of our child and just getting out of hospital. For the food to be delivered by 9.10 and stating on the receipt that it was ready by 8.34. The food was inedible and fell apart in our hand and resembled chalk. They got the sauces wrong we ordered, and upon calling up to complain we were told that we had to either come pick up the mistaken order or order something else on the app and pay a service fee and delivery fee. We have already paid the fees to deliver the below average food. Told us to leave our name and number and they will replace the Churros when we come in. Horrible service, no care. We wouldn’t have ordered the food delivery if we were able to get the food. And don’t think it’s quite right to take their word on getting refund next time we come in. We should be given the service fee and delivery fee back if we have to come in and get the substitute food that they stuffed up. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend...
