Dinosaur Designs South Yarra — Local services in Melbourne

I recently purchased an item online from Dinosaur Designs, but it was marked as final sale and I wasn’t able to exchange it, even though I wanted to swap it for something more expensive. As someone who works in Customer Service, I understand the importance of having policies, but I also know there’s always room for flexibility to keep customers happy and loyal.

Sometimes what you receive isn’t exactly like the pictures or what you expected from your online purchase, and the least a brand can do is offer an exchange or store credit to make the experience better. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case here, and it left me feeling disappointed. It makes me not really want to purchase Dinosaur Designs again, as it feels like they aren’t very customer-focused.

I hope they reconsider their approach to returns and exchanges to create a more positive experience for their customers...

Visited here at around 5:15 today (Wednesday) to buy a couple of vases we had our eye on. Woman serving us was rude and not only complained but refused to unpack stock out the back which contained the very vases we were interested in and were going to buy there and then. She told us off for not purchasing the goods last week when we were there. Then wondered why they’re missing...

Zero stars. The staff seemed annoyed that we wanted to know the prices and actually see the items before we bought. Do yourself a favour and buy the items from david jones, they're the same prices. I do like the actual items but I would never visit this...
