Terrible customer service. Walked 2km to the store at 8:14pm with my children, all are excited for the first time exchanging the CDS (we have been collecting for months just for it). The store front desk just simply says they were closed and denies serving us though they said the store will open until 9pm on the cdsvic.org.au. They broke our hearts by just simply waking away without giving a valid reason or even the easiest apology. Not an easiest word like “sorry” was given to us.

Broos if I need to keep correcting prices at the till I'm just gonna go across the road to woolies. I've been going here 8 years and avoiding Woolies for most of the last 6. But that's 3 times in the last week and 5 in the last month. Cab Sav, coconut milk, pasta and even the "$1 clearance bin"

It's not up to your staff to have to apologise and correct it. Management need to do better. I used to love the management at this place but it's hurting now. It's not our local if...

Every time I go to this store I feel like I'm being conned. I see a particular price on an item, get to the counter and I'm charged a different price. It happens comically nearly every time I go. I just expect it now days so now I take a photo of my items and show the person behind the counter that they're charging me wrong.

If the owner is there, he blames it on the staff. If the staff are there without the owner, they blame it on the owner. Total scam. ...
