We cannot thank the two amazing staff, Kristina & Grace ( indeed I was hoping to have these two lovelies to help us that evening as they are an epitome of warmth & kindness) enough for the fantastic birthday party we had for Tarush & Taran on the weekend ( Saturday at 6:30pm). You have an outstanding venue and go well and truly above and beyond….worth every cent. The kids had an amazing time and I was pleasantly surprised how good Kristina & Grace were with all the kids. All the arrangements were to perfection and as Kristina & Grace repeatedly said ‘I didn’t have to lift my finger for anything!’ It was a pleasure dealing with these two staff members. Kristina was very helpful and patient with my anxious questions! For us it was great just being able to turn up and not worry about a thing. Everything ran so smoothly and we’re very greatful to have had these 2 amazing staff yesterday evening to help us and for making it such a special day for Tarush, Taran and us. All of the other parents were very impressed with the venue and how well the party ran, I’m sure a few will definitely be looking at hosting their kid’s parties with you. Once again a big thanks specifically to The two beautiful girls at the centre that evening. We will definitely be back! Cheers...

Very disappointing, we come very often and i spend a large amount of money each time and celebrated birthday there. Today i missed out on the family deal which is 35$ for 2 children entry with chips nuggets and cordial and they refused to amend it and give to me even if i already spend the same amount for 2 children entry and a bowl of chips..it is ok to make mistake and a good customer service should have aknowledge it and not make me feel bad about it. I specify to the attendant that i come often and i follow the facebook page and just only saw the post later when we were already in. I'm only human and considering i already spend the same amount of money a kind gesture would have been welcome especially that we are not allowed to bring our own food! Akso i am a busy and was really looking forward to get a break. As a feedback please ask your staff to communicate the offer when costumer arrive. Your attendant answer was she has no time to inform everyone but i also answered that there was no queue when we arrived and i ask if they was any deal amd she gave me a loyalty cards that...

My biggest concern was that the main climbing/exploring/play equipment thing is completely unchecked, and thoughtless parents who haven't trained their larger kids to be mindful of other smaller kids means the more cautious/shy/afraid type smaller kids who would otherwise have a ball in such a place, are often left too scared to enter by the much bigger kids running amok. On a quiet day it would be awesome.

I've no idea what a party costs per head, but the food was pretty average and not remotely healthy at all. Maybe they have this option and it just wasn't chosen? But even then, the fried/baked food wasn't very appealing. And the party rooms were unimaginatively decorated.

It's a shame - these types of places could be totally amazing environments if their model just allowed for a bit more thought into food, decoration/design, monitoring of play areas and interaction with guests.
