Nula Multi Products — Local services in Melbourne

Nula is a reasonable medium-size grocery shop for most African products. You can find almost everything african from that shop except a few, which I believe most people can do without. It is not a big shop in comparison to the big players (Coles and the likes). But a great place to visit/shop. Staff are generally polite, and can very engaging and enjoyable to talk to if one decides to build a relationship. The demerits of this place is the cost of items and the toilet facilities. Cost-wise, it is not cheap. You got to be prepared to spend some cash on your groceries. It is not an everyday shop to go due to the cost of items. But for the love of African cuisine, I find the cost slightly reasonable as I cannot travel to Africa for those items. So it balance the equation to some extent. The toilet facility is not the best. It needs significant attention and maintenance. A decent modernised one that could accommodate at least 2 people at a time will suffice. And I am hoping this review will considered, particularly for the toilet facility. Overall, I believe Nula as a shop is really doing well for the African community and it has an incredible potential in the market. Auntie Fatima can be really generous with gifts at times, touching many lives unknownly. Being generous is a good traits to have as distinguishes her intentions from the multitude. Hi Nula, please you company really needs to stop selling out of date products and food. I bought a hair perm $20 I got home and checked the expire date it’s been expired since 2019. My husband bought this breakfast cereal his knows from Back home home from your shop came home eat it and since this morning his been so sick running to the toilet every 1-2hour and it makes me so 😡 when I see on that your company cleans the product real expiry dates and write your own. Especially for those drinks in your company fridge that been sitting there for the past 1-2years. Please stop selling things that you know that are out of date very bad for us your customers...

This place is a total scam, do not shop here!! They were extremely unreliable.

My order never arrived, despite me calling Nula Multi and sending multiple messages and enquires. They were so unresponsive, I had to go through my bank to get a chargeback.

At first when I was actually able to speak with someone on the phone, they said they didn’t have a chance to fulfil online orders but they would do it straight away and text when that was done.
