Their customer service is not only exceptional but of the highest level & this family business offers so much more than just the most delicious pastry’s, cakes and sweet treats for all occasions. I haver searched and searched for many years, decades, and finally I truly found my pastry paradise. I really thought I would never again taste this top class Italian pastries again. Until this one day I accidently walked past this tiny little shop with the million dollar Italian pastries simply staring at me through the window. I have travelled much of the globe and I kind of know what's the best and in Australia, the very best is Pastry Paradise in Lalor. The type of Italian pastries at this one bakery can only be found in Italy or Paris. If you want the best then go to the best. I am in pastry heaven every time I come home with one or two or six of their delicious cannoli's, and the staff are also as sweet and genuine as the pastries they create. This has to be the best place ever! Reasonable pricing, helpful staff and delicious sweet and savory treats.

Went in there 20 minutes ago, after some unexpected guests decided to drop in - food for 8+ people (Large vanilla cannolli x7, slices of cheesecake x6, jam donuts x4, 28cm (diameter) cheese, ricotta, eggplant stuffed bagel + 1 slice of tiramisu) came in under $72 - all ready to go and neatly packed.

Service - went in dressed in my hoodie and a little messy looking - and after their initial "is this guy going to rob me" look (which I would have expected anywhere, dressed like that) the staff were courteous, and helpful - we even shared a laugh at the end.
