Very bad experience:( my first time in the area, I was very hungry... I saw online that it would be less than $20 to get a platter here... Turned out to be $23 but I still ordered cos I was very hungry... The platter was very disappointing and not edible. I had to throw it away. The platter was supposed to come with bread but for some reason there were chips? And lettuce in the rice? I insisted I wanted bread and it was reluctantly given to me and I was told I wasn't given it because there were already 4 sides in the platter... I did not ask for chips, nor were chips mentioned on the menu for the platter... I ended up having to throw that away too because, though I trust people to wash their hands, this worker did not and the bread tasted like the rag/chemicals he was using to wipe the bench as he grabbed it with his bare hands, though he was using gloves before. The meat was extremely chewy/hard and scratched my throat, the rice was very greasy and again, lettuce? In the rice? The small portion of salad was okay cos he made that fresh, the wait was longer than the 10 minutes he said it'll take. I did end up just throwing it all away and feeling very disappointed I spent that much on a meal that was not only not worth the price if it was edible but... It was not edible... I do wish I had brought it back to get a refund because I am currently not working but I just don't like confrontation and the place looks like it's suffering so... Idk keep the money... Just try and do better for your paying...

Server was very unprofessional, unhygienic and disorganised. Firstly, half of the menu wasn't available, so we had to change the order. We got two fish and chips and one falafel wrap. She also miscalculated the order and tried to make us pay almost $10 more than we were supposed to, only changing the number when my teen daughter calculated it herself. Secondly, the server was using the same tongs for both the fish in the fryer and the vegetables for the wrap. When asked for napkins, she pulled out a roll of toilet paper, then paper towels EVEN THOUGH there was an UNOPENED pack of napkins in front of her. Whilst eating our meals, we noticed that for both of the fish and chips meals, we were given POTATO CAKES instead of fish. When we gave the food back and told her that there was no fish, she denied that there wasn't, and once we showed her the potato cakes, she then said that there wasn't any fish available, despite putting through the order and making us pay full price for it. We returned the food and got a refund for it. Terrible service, very unprofessional. Would give 0 stars...

We never consider others' perspectives. In every type of business, every businessman and his workers try to keep their customers happy.We follow many places and it has been seen that if a worker or owner makes a mistake in a restaurant or any business, something happens by mistake, we don't let it go, we keep blaming them.But we don't think that they are the ones who serve us, that they are the ones who cooperate with us.It's in our minds that I gave you a dollar from my pocket, so I don't care that you worked hard to make for us the food. Come, let us all help people, let us see the good side of people, let us see the bad side of people with forgiveness, let us be good and healthy.
