Aghadeer — Restaurant in Melbourne

Don’t like to leave negative reviews, but feel as though others should be warned before they spend any money here. Unfortunately this experience yielded an honest review.

Careless ‘service’, absolutely no provision of cutlery, plates, cups - had to ask for each of these numerous times. Food used to be great quality and servings in abundance - but food, serving sizes and service has depreciated SO much so that it is a total rip off and waste of both money and time.

Bread stale and thin (like Coles pita bread), really dry meat, jugs of soft drink with no ice and were warm, no glasses given (only jugs, then had to wait a further 5 minutes for glasses), nothing to serve salads with.

Everything required for a basic meal we had to ask individually for - plates, cutlery, water, soft drinks, napkins, the dips which then came, then the bread, then a salad (which we were given just a normal fork to serve it with) then each food item until we had received it all (had to keep referring to the menu to see what else we had ordered).

No atmosphere (only heard young worker watching loud videos on her phone, other staff yelling across the room to each other) no concept of customer service.

A shame that it is young waitstaff don’t get trained properly - they ultimately are the face of a business which has let its reputation down and clearly don’t care. They deserve to be taught basic skills.

Used to be regulars but will never be returning. Do not be fooled by the ‘value’ - they are a massive rip off...

Last night I attended a wedding function where I had an extremely unpleasant experience due to the behavior of one of the staff members i think her name is Daniella. Her customer service was absolutely dreadful. From the moment we approached the food table, she greeted us with a disgusted facial expression, as if we were bothering her. She was rude, unprofessional, and lacked any basic sense of hospitality. It's shocking that someone in a service role would display such a negative attitude, especially at a wedding where guests are supposed to feel welcomed and special. Daniella really needs a serious attitude adjustment, or else I’m afraid this venue is going to lose a lot of customers. Customer service is key, and she clearly...

First time dining in this restaurant and I'm utterly very disappointed. I ordered a pizza and a hsp where the meats in it were both raw. The bread was stale and has no seasoning what so ever. The hsp that was given, they told us they will put in Cheese but we got was without cheese. We asked them and they said that they put in a little. There was no cheese in there and they didn't even apologise for it. The service was also bad as the people weren't clear with their words I went with my family for a quick dine in but I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the disastrous food I was given....
