Been there on 2nd jan 2021 with family and 4 kids including a 8 month old. We ordered pizza, pasta, some meat platters and a salmon dish. We had made a reservation , for 6:30pm and we ordered our food by 6:45pm. after an hr with still no food, we asked the waitress whatâs going on and we were told you will be served shortly. Another 15 minutes gone and still no food , we asked again and were told that the food will come shortly. Finally after another 10 mins only pizza came and we gave it to our kids but none of the other order came. We looked around and all the other tables even the ones that came after us were being served. So we asked again whatâs the issue and we confronted to the owner whatâs happening ? He said and Iâll quote âyou have not waited long enough â.. seriously. !!! 1hr 15 mins is not long enough ??? also he said you seem to be the hungriest.!! really. he said we were being abusive and cancelled our order and said pizza is on him..!!! wow. This shows the customer service and how low that man was..! When we were leaving we said, we donât want your food and weâll pay for the pizza (we only had 2 slices from it) he said donât worry about that just put it in charity box.!!! honestly I have been in Australia for over 15 years this is the WORST experience Iâve had. I would NOT recommend anyone. Also no one was wearing masks. no scanning was being done. We have reported you guys to the police for not following the rules. God Bless and be kind. and always remember Karma is gonna haunt...
Read moreWorst customer service ever! There were plenty of empty seats and we got seated in a very awkward and uncomfortable spot and was right beside the entrance each time someone walked in felt like I was going to get knocked out so we asked if we could be moved and the weightress said no . What was frustrating was an elderly couple walked in without a reservation and got seated wherever they liked when I asked why they got to sit there her response was " they're elderly and they arent Muslim so we are trying to encourage them to come more often" what the actual heck? It turns out the weightress is an Aussie revert so it seemed more like discrimination to me!
It gets worse .... she then offered if we liked we could sit in the outdoor section at the back but since it's cold she would need to put on the outdoor gas heater . She first offered then responded " I dont to waste gas so it's better you stay where you are" are you kidding me ??? Absolutely ridiculous!!! But then several people came afterwards without a booking and without hesitation she took then straight to the back room ??? Made zero sense
The food was very average my steak had zero flavour and was tough as a rock. I am so disappointed as it was my birthday and one rude weighttress who had no clue what she was doing ruined my night.
I will...

I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for quite a while, but my most recent visit was beyond disappointing â it was genuinely disturbing.
One of the staff members was shockingly aggressive and verbally abusive. They yelled at me, my brothers, and even in front of our young children. There was no provocation â just uncalled-for hostility that left us shocked and deeply uncomfortable. It wasnât just rude; it was abusive and completely unacceptable in any setting, let alone a place meant for dining with family.
To make matters worse, the same aggressive attitude continued throughout the service â plates were slammed on our table with zero courtesy, and when we pointed out that the cutlery provided was damaged and broken, it was brushed off with, âThings can break,â as if hygiene and basic decency donât matter.
The overall cleanliness of the place was poor, and the food â which we used to enjoy â was far below standard this time. But all of that was overshadowed by the hostile treatment we received from the staff.
This experience was not just disappointing â it was distressing. A restaurant should be a welcoming and respectful environment, and this was the...
