Been there on 2nd jan 2021 with family and 4 kids including a 8 month old. We ordered pizza, pasta, some meat platters and a salmon dish. We had made a reservation , for 6:30pm and we ordered our food by 6:45pm. after an hr with still no food, we asked the waitress what’s going on and we were told you will be served shortly. Another 15 minutes gone and still no food , we asked again and were told that the food will come shortly. Finally after another 10 mins only pizza came and we gave it to our kids but none of the other order came. We looked around and all the other tables even the ones that came after us were being served. So we asked again what’s the issue and we confronted to the owner what’s happening ? He said and I’ll quote “you have not waited long enough “.. seriously. !!! 1hr 15 mins is not long enough ??? also he said you seem to be the hungriest.!! really. he said we were being abusive and cancelled our order and said pizza is on him..!!! wow. This shows the customer service and how low that man was..! When we were leaving we said, we don’t want your food and we’ll pay for the pizza (we only had 2 slices from it) he said don’t worry about that just put it in charity box.!!! honestly I have been in Australia for over 15 years this is the WORST experience I’ve had. I would NOT recommend anyone. Also no one was wearing masks. no scanning was being done. We have reported you guys to the police for not following the rules.
